Interesting,
While at Ft. Riley, KS O Club one night, an infantry Captain jumped up on the bar in a drunken stuper and peed on everything in sight and range. He was out of the Army the following day. But then, the Army has standards for it's officers and NCOs. I'm thinking someone is failing the leadership test here.
