I just purchased a supercharger from a 3.6 motor(I have intake manifold) I know that the manifold will not fit(90 vs. 60) But I would like to know if any one has seen or build an intake manifold that will adapt this supercharger to the 2.8 motor. I am planning to try fabricate my own intake manifold if thier is nothing already build.

try edlebrock, holley, etc. they are probalby the only people who'd make something like that you could get off the rack.

You need to plan on a complete rebuild even then. That blower, without a popoff, is going to be able to deliver quite allot of output. You also need to plan pulley sizes realy carefully, or you'll break something for sure.

The Eaton unit looked like it would fit using a plate on the factory base, like purpose-built blower manifolds for the V8s.
Don't know about the drive situation, but the intake would be near the stock,Fiero location.

Edelbrock makes "Performer" manifolds for the 2.8 (~$230), which I would assume would convert it to 4bbl carb setup.

It seems to me like this would work with the 3.8 supercharger and TBI. What do you all think?

Terry, what if you abandon the fuel rail, plug the injector holes, and put a TBI setup on top?
Or is the stock base too restrictive?

Pretender, yours is not listed because the newer years used fuel injection, and therefore a much different intake manifold. The idea here was to convert the intake to a 4bbl setup, hence the edelbrock. The edelbrock performer manifold referred to is a two part manifold, and it looks like one could machine an adapter to replace of the top section. After a little closer examination of the engineering needed to do this, however, I concluded that the distributor location would be a very BIG problem.. oh well :-)

You may need different injectors if you plan on using them in a pressurized environment, the seat pressures may not be enough to remain closed under boost.
Can you run the injectors on top of the blower? Don't think the response would suffer much at all, atomisation of the fuel would be better.
