Has anyone changed their e-brake boot? Does the seat have to come out to get at the panel screws? Thanks in advance.

I assume you are referring to the boot on the parking brake lever, yes? I just did this job. Just remove all the screws holding the plastic molding with a 7mm socket and 1/4 drive ratchet or handle. Carefully remove the molding (you have to jiggle it around and move it forward toward the brake pedal. Then you can easily remove the boot. You don't have to mess with the seat.
