Is there any issue as to the gears turning when you put them on/take off?? For instance, I'm going to be changing the cam in a few days, Do I need to make sure things are lined up the way removed? Not sure if things have positioned a certain way...

The gears only fit one way. they are keyed. All you need to worry about is lining up timing marks.

Jncomutt, this pic shows the timing marks...

Also, heres a little modification I did, since we're discussing my car. the aluminum pipe is slightly bent upwards, and the piece of metal that holds it is very fragile, so I devised this...oh, after having to replace the waterpump to pipe hose twice, to insure it didn't rub on the ac bracket anymore, I also used silicone sealant and a piece of old hose to protect it, doesn't look so hot but its better than busting your knuckles trying to get this hose in and out.

heres a pic of what I finished today,
got the re-built intake on, still have some
things to put on. put on new plugs, and wires... it was time for a new tune-up anyway.

Ogre, I think thats it....Thank you for using this!
