It depends on the year. '84-86 models had the VIN tag in the windshield area, one on the firewall below the driver's side front speaker, the label on the driver's side door, the option build code label in the front compartment on the left wheel housing, a partial VIN stamped on the transmission bellhousing and on the engine block, a sticker on the console support frame, and on a few odds and ends labels throughout the car.
The '87 and '88 years had all that, plus VIN stickers on the major body panels as follows: Front fascia, right where the hood meets it at the top, near the center. Hood, near the latch. Both front fenders on the top bolting flange near the middle. Rear clip on the passenger side, in the lip between the decklid vent and the rear of the car (by the trunk gasket). Rear fascia, behind the license plate.
I don't know if the roof panel has one as I've never removed an '87-88 roof panel. I don't think any of the glass is VIN'd, though possible the T-tops might be.
