The OE locks are made by AMCOR. contact info in my cave.
GM still uses the plastic caps on lugs. Make sure any lug that uses those caps has them. they can rust solid if the caps are missing. If you need a bunch of caps or nuts go to almost any slavage yard. You can even get them in silver/grey and I think a couple other colors.

you can just get an aftermarket set at the parts store for a few $$ i belive ALL fiero's came with black caps on the lug nuts, except for fiero's that came with hubcaps, and all lace wheel GT's had locking nuts on them i think

You can buy McGard thru many parts and tire stores. I think they are the only ones that make locks compaitible with the plastic caps besides AMCOR.
Yes, you could get AMCOR locks from a GM dealer. I think you might be able to order direct from AMCOR as well. Likely cost more than McGard. Most McGard sets are about $20-30.
Again, Do Not buy cheap brands like Rally. The crhmed ones will rust and look like crap due to poor chroming work. Or worse the cheap locks and key will break/strip.

Another reason not to buy Rally is their F***ed up sizing!
A. Bejcek and I both bought their lug nut sets only to find out that they use 13/16" socket for the regular lug nuts, along with a 19/ .75" for the key for the locking ones. Where a normal lug wrench used to be fine, now a big heavy 4 way must be carried. Plus, they do look hideous. Oh yeah, and they use this wack sizing for both the 12x1.5 and the 12x1.25 lug sizes!
buy the best ones (locksets) you can afford. BTW, I do have a NOS set of the lugs, locking lugs, black caps and to top off all that, the original wheels and tires that came with the car in '85. The original owner put aftermarket wheels on the car immediately. I'm not sure I'd want to take a 17 year old set of Eagle GTs on the road, they are spotless but rubber ages. I'll probably put 'em up on ebay. Oh yeah, the nuts and covers and locks all came in a plastic pack with instructions. Leaves me wondering, even back then, why anyone would want to steal "hi-Tech" 14 inchers.. Oh well.. oh yeah they have all original pegasus caps, not the ones weith stickers, these are etched, and I think they get about 25 bones each.

Thanks everyone for your input. I'm going to see if the GM dealer will remove the locking lugs (provided they have a key laying around....). Unless someone lives in the Sanford/Raleigh area that still has a key for these lugs.... Anyone? I've grounded the car until I can remove these locks as I have suspension shake. Not sure if it is hub bearings or tie-rods. I think it is the tie-rods because when the car was jacked up, the rods were the only thing moving in and out when I wiggled the tire... but I want to be sure. Thanks.
My 87SE has a square silver sticker with green letters next to the RPO sticker. It says 'Security lock nuts" then a bunch of info and at the bottom a 'Locks Registration #3113526 ' and American Accessorie, Div of Amcor Ind.,2141 E. 51st St. Los Angeles, Ca 90058. Since the car also has PB4 which is the Code for 'Lock kit, aluminum wheel', I'd say it was factory.
If you've lost the key most garages take them off by banging on the next size larger socket and then turning them off.
