OK, I had nothing better to do, so I put some subs in my car.

I started by pulling the seats and carpet and center console.
Then I cut a hole for the magnet to sit in.

I had to make a spacer out of wood. but I cut a hole through the carpet and mounted the spacer.
and the sub to it.

Here is everything, but the seats, back in.

Passenger side with seat. you can barely see the amp. But I wanted to leave enough air around it to keep it from over heating.

Anyways. The spacers are just temporary. I will build a better ( more attractive ) spacer some other time.

Here is a better pic.

The amp is 1200Wx4. I have two channels set to High Pass and two to Low Pass. THe two High Pass are running my head rest speakers. The Kenwood Subs are 10". They are rated at 400W but they are about 4 years old, so I didn't want to run the amp in two channel.

Thanks
BJ

Just a heads up if you didn't know.. those holes are not sealed behind the seats. the drivers side has the gas filler tube in it and is open on two sides. and the pass side only has one hole near the tank hump. I used some shingles and expanda foam to fill them and its worked great. cuts down on the rattle also. Rain water finds ways to get in anything not sealed and water and subs don't mix well. Looks great though!!!

Just remember not to choke the sub against the back of the seat. they don't like that and can blow th coils. L8
