Front, rear turn signal and indicator lights come on, just don't blink
Right side works fine.
4 Ways work fine.
Parking lights work fine.

Obviously they have voltage and ground as they are lit.
Right side and left side both use the same flasher, right?

I even added (and removed) an extra ground to test that. No joy.

They worked a few days ago.
I have made some changes since the last time I know they were working.
Replaced my IP with a 120MPH IP.
(Could have happened then, but I didn't notice it.)
The next day, I put in my Gen II headlight system.
That is when I noticed it because I was checking all of the lights.
I did not cut out any of my original wires, I spliced into them. Theoretically, none of those wires have any effect on the turn signals though.
The only thing removed were the two old motors and their relays and the isolation relay. The new module replaces those items.

I can usually handle an electrical problem. But this one has me baffled.

try the turn signals with the parking lights off.
check all lights, including the light in the dash.

then try the test again with the parking lights on.

pay close attention to how bright the left bulbs are compaired to the right side.

While doing your test, I noticed that the left front park light does NOT work.
So, Parking lights on on right front, right rear, left rear.

>try the turn signals with the parking lights off.
>check all lights, including the light in the dash.

Left front, on dim (as compared to right front when flashing) (parking light element?)
Left rear on (as bright as right rear when flashing)
Dash indicator on (not flashing)

Right side works as normal

>then try the test again with the parking lights on.

Left front, no light what so ever!
Left rear on (as bright as right rear when flashing)
Dash Indicator on (not flashing)

While doing your test, I noticed that when the parking lights are on, the left turn dash indicator stays on no matter what position the turn signal switch is in?

I did take out the left turn signal bulb and check it (ohm meter) and it is fine. I had thought that was where you were heading.

I'm thinking you've got a blown fuse as well as a bad bulb or socket. When inspecting fuses, don't rely on a visual check because blade type fuses frequently fail by cracking and look just fine.

Good call Jazzman.

While screwing with the left front socket (to get the bulb in and out) It started flashing!

Culprit, bad ground in the socket.

When I tested my grounds before, I tested the wires themselves.

Thanks Jazzman.
One for you!

Not the fuse, the socket was the culprit.
That was something that I would not have thought of. Been too long since I have owned a non-metal bodied car to think of it.
