This has probably been covered ad nausem, but the cave doesn't specify the difference between the two stant radiator caps, the 10230 and 11230. (or if it does, I don't see it). Also, I noted the online autozone parts catalog was listing the vented caps (231) for the fiero, and a cap for an 86 corvette is the correct 230.. Simpler to remember, and gives the parts jockeys something to do

If I remember I will look it up in a book on monday. I am pretty sure we have pictures, measurments, and application by part number on all of the stant products.

While that's nice of you, I'd like to pick up a new one tonight or tomorrow morning.

I know I want a '230. I know vented (loose metal cap or the 'lever type') = bad. I just don't know if the 11 or the 10 is what I want.

either one does not matter. You can also go to bel aire auto on silver star get AC Delco #RC27
