O.k so yesterday i go out to my car to find that my aftermarket radio had been stolen. I go **** that suck and decide to drive over to my moms where i have an old stock radio to use until i can get a new one. But when i go to start the car it won't start. I have power and all the assesories work but when i turn the key i hear a loud pop noise and no ignition. So now i am pissed. What could have been messed with to cause that. BTW i now have a stock radio in there.

Sounds like a fuse from crossed wires, and you need to check under the dash to make sure the individual didn't cut wires in the steering column in an effort to steal the car.

Give your battery cables a good tug at the terminal end, you can have interior lights and radio and still have a no start due to a weak connection at the terminals, I changed a good starter once as a result of that.

Automatic or manual transmission?

If it's an auto I wonder if the thief didn't try to pull back on the shift hard to make room to pull the stereo and mess up the neutral safety switch.

Check the spark plug wires... for laughs the thief may have changed them around being a jerk.

Spark Plugs are good. My car is a 3800SC with a custom shifter there is no park lock so you don't need to presh the break to get the car out of Park. Can you still hurt the safety swith.
