I used 4" joining pipe from Home Depot. I glued the pipe to the fiberglass bumper and spray painted in the interior semigloss black. It worked great.

I am using the APC 4" (505007C) fog lights. When I asked the kit car guys how to mount the fog light, the best idea I heard from the 4" joiner tube. In the picture you can see the tube and the other project I was working on at the time. I did use a whole tube of caulk to hold both of the joiner tubes in. I have some other pictures somewhere. I will try to find them later.

When you are talking "joiner tubes", do you mean couplings for 4" black ABS piping?

my fog lights have a square bracket that the light is attached to that is used for mounting so if i use the tubing i would have to get the bracket off and try a different way to attach bracket to tubing. whats up with the caster wheel?

The front end of my car is very low. We build a subframe with the castor wheel to get over driveways.
