What would cause the right blinker light on the dash to stay lite while the dash light are on.The blinker works fine, blinks and everything .But stays lite even when blinker is not on ?
I thought a burn out bulb would cause this, but the blinker lights front and rear are Fine(not Burned out).

Just to be clear, the turn indicator in the dash is lite with the headlights are turned on, but if you turn the right side turn signals on it blinks?
Is that reading it correctly.

If so it would appear that you have a ground problem on the right side front turn/park light. Either ground wire, socket, or bulb.
Are you sure the right front turn light is working and is as bright as the left side?

As the guys mentioned above, the glowing turn signal lamp usually means a burned-out bulb or a bad connection somewhere. Also, keep in mind that the front side marker lights are supposed to blink with the turn signals.

yep, the front bulb has lost it's ground and the parking light circuit is finding it's ground through the turn signal filament all the way back to the indicator bulb in the dash.

EDIT to and "ing" to the word find

the "vampire teeth" in the side of the socket need to touch the metal base of the bulb. that's one place
the screw that grounds the wire's eyelet to the frame, that's another place.
a problem with the wiring, (unlikely) but that's about the last place.

All the front lights ground under a screw on the inside fender right by the headlight buckets. Just look down between the light and the inner finder you should see it.... There is one on both sides.

I had this same issue today but it wasnt the ground next to the headlights i had to replace my turn signal socket bc it didnt light up at all. Then i had to take out the front turn signal and re secure the wires apparently they were loose. Once i got it secure everything worked.
1: Check ground on inner headlight bucket area.
2. If it doesnt fix it, then take out your front turn signal and see if everything looks okay there.
3. If you side marker light doesnt work check the bulb and if everything else is checked its prob a bad light socket.]]]
