can anyone tell me the thread size that fits into the fuel block of the schrader valve
car is a 2.8 1987 GT

you mean if you were to remove the shrader valve, what would you put in its place, or the needle valve, or just for a cap?

I mean for the valve itself mine broke and I cannot find one quickly so I want to
put a plug in the hole until I can find another one
its very close to a 5/16-18 straight thread but was wondering if someone knew for sure

The large bore housing is .305" - 32 thread.

Not likely, the rubber seal won't be compatible with gasoline.

Do you have a wrecking yard local? GM used this fuel rail on a lot of cars besides the Fiero.

ok yes there is a late modle yard fairly close by any idea of
other cars using same fuel rail?

Look at GMs with V6 motors from the 80's and early 90's. The 2.8/3.1s often used the same intake as the Fiero but finished differently. Also, the 3.4 from the F-body uses a very similar fuel rail in the early to mid 90's. Just pop the hood and look, only takes a second.
