As far as I am concerned my car with a beat 4cyl is more or less un drivable in its current condition, I got it home but wouldnt want to have to drive anywhere else. Not to mention I live on a hill, and I think it is unsafe given you cant accelerate out of a problem quickly.

As far as the part goes, it is available, but it seems to have to come off a burnt tranny, I am awaiting a reply from Archie, he said he will probably be able to help out, I think I made as ass out of myself as I wasnt sure what part I was looking for until after I sent out the mass email so it is kinda convoluted and long, but all the same he said he would see what he can do.

Others have made the same offer and I got someone to reply in the mall as well. I have told them that I know of at least one other person that needs the same or simillar part to fix the same problem so I will keep you updated.

Thanks but it looks like I should be getting the part in the mail from another member. I told Kevin here on the forums that you had one though as he is looking for the same thing.

Got the part from Fieroking fixed the problem and it only took like 15 mins to install. Back to wreaking havoc on the streets again.

'86 Sport in badass Crayola-metallic gold. Booyah. Free to me 'cause it sat in Florida for half a decade, under a tree, collecting leaves and rain, which ended up as a few inches of loamy topsoil throughout the engine compartment. Good thing they still make Fiero coolant hoses.
