370 RWHP/(.35*.85)=1243 HP worth of gasoline consumed =.02658Liter/sec or 1.594 liters/min or 95.69lph
for 160+ lph you must be using lower efficienies.
Or did you do your calculations using the A/F ratio method?
The problem is injectors. I have 36lb/hr injectors, witch support 360hp on a 6-cyl with 0.6 BSFC, 100% duty. Larger ones cost a ton, and for one event it is not cost effective. Also, I'll reuse the 044 and regulator on the new car.
So to get 47# i needed to up the fuel pressure from 43.5psi to 74psi. (turbo boost will be added to this by regulator, so 100psi)
also, 47# is about 500cc/min, 6 of them is 3L/min or 180L/hr @ 100% DC
in-tank walbro will barely support 200L/hr @ 70psi but not @ 100psi.
Look at the "walbro 255lph HP in tank pump" and since the walbro "in-line" is quite same as bosch 044 compare it with "walbro 255lph HP in-tank feeding walbro 255lph HP external (series)"
First one feeds 150lph @ 95psi Second system feeds 271lph @ 100psi
These flow rates do not take account the lines, filters and so on, this pressure loss can be up to 7psi.

The Chinese FPR did not work, so I modified it and after that it lost the ability to hold "residual pressure" but at least it works. The original FPR is also connected, so it will hold the necessary pressure for cranking while ECM has already turned the priming off.
The pressure is around 75psi engine off, 70psi at idle and 95psi at 19lbs of boost(emulated with air compressor).
So,new chip needs to be burned to change the shift points and also change the injector constant.
Also, pressure-tested accidentally the system (closed return line) and all hoses held together at 150psi. That was what the two pumps in series can do!

This is the slippery track we have here, so I'm hoping for better times at the finals.
Edit: For the finals: * Fix FPR. * no knock sensor (resistor). * up the octane from 105(100MON) to 116(111MON) * up the boost to 21-22psi * clean air filter * cross fingers not to break anything(I have crossed 400 engine hp line, and the internals along with the trans are bone stock with high mileage).
Edit2: Note, speed is kph not mph.

FPR modified and repaired. Knock sensor resistor mod done. Decklid hinge replaced. Air filter cleaned. 5gal of 117 octane brewed.(80% Xylene, 20% Ethanol). Intercooler fluid changed to pure water. Power steering(and brake) pump pulley aligned better.
As it turns out, the 12.3 runs were made WITHOUT intercooler. The bolt that supposed to provide ground to the pump had corroded, and the pump did not work. I had chance to log two runs, and on one(12.35) the temps were: At the start: 40C At the traps: 90C
I should get the temps down a LOT for the finals now. Pure water VS Pure Ethyl-Glycol(antifreeze) is about 30% better, and the fact that the pump did not run equals: 1,5 liters in intercooler with standing fluid got +40 degrees. My pump will do 17L/min witch equals 3.4L/12sec so the fluid that gets "heated" will be about 5 liters total instead of 1.5. That should lower the temps about 3 times.
So I'm hoping to firstly, get to ambient temp(~30C) before the run and have the intake temp at 40C at the traps.
The "first" with points at the championship is too far ahead, if he shows up and does one Q run, I cant catch him even if I win the finals, but my biggest concern is a camaro at the third standing. He is only 100+ points behind me, so I have to fight not to fall third.
Wastegate will be forced shut, that's for sure... It was almost shut at the test day and got 19psi max, but I need 26 at least.

My good buddy, who races a GN has offered me VP import fuel for the next event since he himself has engine problems and will not attend. So from 117 octane to 120 octane...
Anyhow. Drove a place near the finals and just waiting for tomorrow. Also, BOV has died. I think it is the rubber o-ring that has failed. Bah.
11-s or nothing!

Ran 12.3 on Q1 and Q2 also. But head gasket blew off on the second run, so that ended my day. It did not stop me from driving 70 miles home tough. The blown part was between the cylinder and oil return, so it puffed to the oil breather.
Anyhow, as I heard over the phone right now, I should end the season on 3rd standing.

Next is converting to street trim. Coilovers->original springs adjustable FPR-> original FPR dual pumps -> single intank walbro turbo cold side change back to old one. 26psi -> 10-12psi
Some wiring stuff to do, to make the intercooler pump run half speed all time and fix some issues.
Then it will be again my daily driver and maybe up for sale, since I need money for the new fiero project. Also, will sell all the leftover pieces, bosh pump, new turbo, fpr, etc or use them on the new project. It'll still run 13 flat.
The "new project" will someday have a thread of its own, but right now it is too early for that. One thing for sure, it will be built for single digit 1/4
