Since it also has rear output I am guessing Subaru, but I need more pictures, are front out puts right at the bellhousing? or are my eyes deceiving me?

I guess that's a brand new Audi transaxle which puts the front diff between the engine and clutch.

Audi used a conventional transaxle for a long time, but as their engines grew from I4's to v8's and V10's, having all that weight out in front of the axle wasn't such a good idea. They were able to move the engine back in the chassis over 4" by putting the front diff in front of the clutch. That sounds complicated, but should simplify clutch changes as they should no longer require disassembling the front suspension/axles.
