Alot of patience !! Make sure ther are no hammers anywhere in reach you may be tempted to throw !

If your tur signal cam, or stalk/wiper/cruise switch is bad do it at the same time.

Almost everything has to come out, no other tools really needed, you will need to devise a way to push down the lock plate while you get the clip off. I found a U shaped piece of steel, drilled a hole in the center big enough to fit ovet the column shaft threads and use the steering whel nu to tigteh it dow against the lock plate, make it alot easier to get the clip off. then you have to remove the stalk and pull the signal cam out of the way. Then hope the clip comes off the lock cylinder easy !!

If you have a tilt column while your in there tigten the bolts down at the tilt joint.

Steering wheel puller
Lock plate tool
Philips screw driver
Some thin screwdrivers or dental picks to get the lock plate snap ring out.

You have to remove the steering wheel, black cover, lock plate, cancel cam (white), three screws for the turn signal switch, remove the screw holding the ignition cylinder, pull it out, put one in, go backwards. Under 10 minutes.

Be sure to torque the steering wheel nut.

Go to the end and work backwards. It's actually very easy. Of course Jazzman makes refueling a nuclear reactor look easy....
