Removed my wiper switch today and swapped with one from the junkyard. That fixed it! Weird how everything worked fine except the wiper fluid pump at the switch.... it seems I was the only one to experience this issue. Now I can appreciate the awesome luxury of not having to pull over and manually clean my windshield

Is there a reason this dash mounted switch won't work for just $30?

85 SE tilt, delay - washer pump phantoms usually around startup

Wipers only work on high, even with new motor. Phantoms started after column reassembly.
