It may sound simple for most, but not for me. GM marks speakers terminals "A" & "B" . Is it "A" positive ? " B" Negative ? or viseversa.
Also how can one find out for an unmarket after market speaker wich is wich. Is it ther a way to test?
If any one has an answer to this questions it will be greatelly appreciated.

Many Thanks

One thing I've done is use a small battery, AA size, and touch it to the speaker terminals on a marked speaker. The speaker cone will either move in or out. Then touch the battery, in the same orientation, to an unmarked speaker and see which way the cone moves, in or out. If you're holding the battery the same way and the speaker moves the opposite way the polarity on the terminals is opposite the known speaker. If it goes the same way its the same as the known speaker.

the polarity actually dont matter - doing it the same way on both channels does.

I just stick with "red right +"

Just make sure you wire everything the same way.

Yep, same both sides and front to back as well. If the rear cones move out and the front cones move in, the sound will be dampened. You want all cones moving in and out at the same time.

Short answer A = Negative and B = Positive
Xanth answered the other question

This might be helpful

GENERAL MOTORS

P o w e r
Memory (+12v Constant)---Orange
Ignition (+12v Switched)---Yellow
Ground (-)-----------------Black
Illumination----------------Gray
Dimmer--------------------Brown
Power Antenna-------------Pink

S p e a k e r s
Right Front (+)---Light Green
Right Front (-)---Dark Green
Left Front (+)----Tan
Left Front (-)----Gray
Right Rear (+)----Dark Blue
Right Rear (-)----Light Blue
Left Rear (+)-----Brown
Left Rear (-)-----Yellow

The speakers itself may have a different color code (like red/black) but the connector side should hold true
Not counting some premium sound systems

Speaker side A/B = Black/Red = Negative/Positive

Wire harness side A/B = Light Blue/Dark Blue = Negative/Positive
