Yes more of the previous owners handwork has been uncovered! Looks like I need to have a crash course in soldering to fix this mess!

Since this simple adding back of fusible links has turned into a bigger wiring nightmare that involves way more then the charging curcuit... I'm making a thread to better encompass my indy's wiring issues.
