Crazydragon, Hey man nice work, I just thought I would drop you a line here and let you know I am in Maryville, not far from ya.... I just recently got my first Fiero, and 86GT and I kidna joined the East Tennessee Fiero club. I could not officially join because shortly after I met them Rob had his terrible accident. Anyways, I like what you have done here... I am actually working on my own headlight mod. I am gonna try to recreate Fiero1fans dual 90mm hella lights setup. I am currently drawing it in cad and when I get some spare change I intend to machine the headlight bucket on my cnc mill and play with it until I get it to work. Before anyone flames me I DO NOT intend to make them for sale, just for my car so I can have that cool low profile look. Hell I cannot barely afford the lights let alone the bucket or harness... I am in the position that I gotta basically have to make it if I want something cool anymore.... Anyways, those lights look pretty cool and I am sure they are nice and bright. I really like the flush look but I just paid for my headlight motors to be rebuilt so I figure I will use them. Nice looking design there and nice looking bumperpad fiero too.... if ya ever get the itch to run around with another fiero guy look me up.... peace
Pete

Pardon me if this is a dumb question, but, are the headlights bi-xenon bulbs? Or how are you utilizing the stock high/low beam function? Looking at getting a set and was curious what setup you had? Thanks

Yes, I'll try and get them sometime tonight. But please keep in mind that I have NOT hooked up the HID to them yet. so for H3 bulbs they do quite well.

could you post a link to the projectors you'll be useing? thanks.
Here is the link. I highly suggest using HID with these lights, however as you can see in the picture abovethey are extremely bright even without the HID. Cant wait to hookem' up to HID!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymot...&hash=item58860870e1

OK, I can make a few of the trays a week, so about maybe 2 to 3 trays per week. I'm thinking about $50 shipped. trays are made of galvanized steel and are one piece. They are great for using the 63.5mm or 2 1/2 inch projectors. As you can see from the pictures above, they really look nice. This is for the trays only. They trays can be scratch so you can paint them what ever color you want or left unscratch and be just bare metal (very shiney).
