I didn't have much help from the above sites when I started with my swap. Thanks though.

I have some part numbers listed here: http://www.gmtuners.com/fiero/parts.htm

More swap-specific related info can be found here: http://www.gmtuners.com/fiero/fmods.htm

If you are wanting to use an AC Delco fuel pump in your 3800 SC swap, I would recommend using the EP-381 over the EP-376. The EP-376 was designed to be used on an LT1 V8 that never saw fuel pressure over 50 psi. A stock 3800 Series 2 SC engine is going to want 50psi of fuel pressure at 0 psi of boost; and will want more fuel pressure as boost level goes up. The EP-381 was designed for GM Turbo V6 applications (as well as others).

That looks VERY NICE! Where did you get the ends for the short link bar? And are those ball ends it attaches to on the shift and pivot levers?

What is a fair price estimate to do a 3.8 supercharged swap with a manual transmission when doing all the work yourself?

All the work including making your mounts and wiring ?

The engine cost ~$400-$800
flywheel, and clutch ~$500
Hoses, lines, and misc. $200

That leaves you to Build mounts, wiring harness, Coolant fill solution, replumb heater and fuel, modify brackets as needed.

While you have it apart you might want to take the opportunity to replace suspension components and cradle bushings ~350

bump! this is a good thread!

I'm having issues finding the best way to route my belts... I will be mounting my alternator where the GTP AC compressor would be... I don't like the idea of frewheeling the PS pump... Any other options?

This is the most common routing. It requires lowering the alternator and resetting the tensioner for upward swing.

Notice that all driven accessories and the crank pulley have good belt wrap around them.

But that is with the AC compressor.
