So I have a 85 fiero gt 2.8l. And the wipers only work on high . No low, intermittent or washer. I can here a click when I try to use the wash but nothing happens. Just wondering if its the pulse board or motor or switch ?? Any info would help greatly. Thnx

I have almost exactly the same car and almost the exact same problem. Replacing the motor didn't help. I'm inclined to try next replacing the idiot-stick activator with an in-dash switch ($30 online) or even an audio reostat I happen to have.
From a repair manual: MOTOR OPERATES AT HIGH SPEED ONLY 1. Ensure electrical connector to gear box relay is secure, turn ignition on, and place wiper switch in low position. 2. Connect jumper wire between terminal 3 on gear box relay, Fig. 5, and ground, leaving harness connected. 3. If motor operates properly at low speed, check continuity between wiper motor and switch, switch continuity and ground, and repair as needed. 4. If motor does not operate at low speed with terminal 3 grounded, repair or replace motor.
Terminal 3 is the terminal closest to the motor in the connection that has three terminals in a row.

My car is (surprise) an 85 SE V6. The above quote was addressed to the owner of an 85 GT who had the same problem, as do I. I recently discovered that the wire my radio was hooked up to was not the radio feed. I also recall that on a previous stab at getting the radio to work I created sparks behind it which led to the wipers not working. I now suspect the wipers are not entirely hooked up, perhaps because myself and/or the previous owner used one of the wires for the radio feed instead.
By the way, I replaced the wiper motor. That changed nothing.

Alldata has a pretty good diagnostic procedure if you can gain access to it. There's nothing better than a proper functioning wiper system after years of phantom wipe and bearly existing wiper delay so I wouldn't settle for a switch in the dash that will add more wiring and complication.
If you have the dreaded phantom wipe replace the switch. When my wipers activated suddenly and would not turn off and the washer pump stopped working, that was the culprit. Interestingly the 86 pulse board was weaker than the fuse and it failed instead. The later model (96) motor and board replacement caused the wiper motor fuse to blow instead on activation which was a sign the problem was not with the motor.
You might find my thread on dealing with the wiper problem helpful also. The switch wasn't that difficult to replace but then I've taken the steering column down a few times in the past.
