Well everyone else now has parts shipped, received or complete refunds. I can't really say anything else besides, hey, they are all taken care of and I will help you out if you send them back to me. I can't offer anything else but that. I understand you are still upset that you got unlucky, I didn't know they wouldn't fit, and everyone else has agreed that it was a bad choice to mix and match.
How about I pay for the shipping to get the parts back, and when they do I can adjust your dogbone and exhaust? I can try and make you another axle with longer parts or refund you. I have taken absolutely zero orders to get caught up and with Capt's car sitting I have nothing to do but fix the parts you send

Dogbone is sold. I made my money back. The down pipe, if I can't figure anything else out I'll have to cut the trunk. It's at least a starting point.
I already purchased the correct axle. The axle cost me $170 plus shipping. Refund my $170, I will send the axle back. I think it's fair enough. You won't ship anything unless you get paid first, either.
Got the money I sent via PayPal back. Waiting on my parts and he offered to send me the original kit I ordered COD. Monday was a holiday. (had no idea, my bad), Tuesday nor word from FOY, Wednesday (Today) no word from FOY.
Here is the info:

For the record, I don’t have any issues with the workmanship from what I can see. The parts seem solid enough and I like that they are powder coated. I do have an issue with NOT receiving them and getting the runaround. I have yet to receive confirmation of the kit that is supposed to be mailed out to me for the cost of postage COD…
If I receive this kit, I will post on here a review of them for others to see. If they are a quality part, I would recommend that FOY produces a “bunch” and sell them in bulk to another “known” vendor for resale.
But, so far, I haven’t received any more communication from FOY and I can’t say I’m surprised…

I was told by FOY that he did not have peoples stuff to give to me, because I would not be back in Canada for 6 weeks and he wanted to get your parts to you well before then. I have not had the time to speak to his father yet. I tried the number and its a message only line or text. It listed a number to call for urgent information, but didn't have the time to copy down the number. On Monday I am going to call the law office and get at least my cash situation sorted out.
Here we go again...

I don't get it... I see another Fiero owner on the street and I treat him / her like a borhter / syster. Willing to help with anything! Yet there are so many on here lurking in the shadows waiting to scam fellow forum members. So much for that "brotherhood" feel this place used to have...
It's going to be hard to trust anyone on here again, and that's pretty sad.
I once ordered a part from soneone on here. (long time ago!) it was a side marker for my 86GT.. He quoted me a reasonable price plush reasonable shipping. With my marker light, I had received a check for $2.00 and a note that said "I over charged you for shipping". I never cashed it bu it put a bug smile on my face. Those days are long gone now...
Let me know what you are settign up.. I'm more than willing to help. I also have MUCH more information on Dallas Jr. that I haven made public that could potentialy help you out.
Sorry about any typos.. I just came out of surgery and still feeling the effects of the anaesthetics.
This was my FIRST purchase from site too! I guess so far its me and you still screwed over and being strung out for almost half a year. I sent you pm btw.

Nightmare Cruiser was promissed a refund of some sort that never happened (to my understanding). Last I heard from FOY was in Capt Fiero's 4.9 thread where he basically called everyone in that thread "asses" so...
You know the number for his dads lawfirm lol? I lost my harness, ecu and tstat plus 1800 so this is a serious issue for me. Maybe his father can give me my money back from the trust account...

Nope nothing!! took the money and ran.
The guy is a liar! When I first ordered parts from him, he pretened to be his father. Something like " My body hurtts, i'm just gonna run the business and my son will do the building of parts". Now to find out his fathers a lawyer. Two sharks!! Father like son. Dude is a liar! I bet half things he said about his life are lies!

Dallas W. Jolley Attorney and Counselor at Law (253) 761-8970 dallas@jolleylaw.com
I did some research on his dad as well... Sadly, not much better... the guy scammed a few of his clients also..Only difference, his did it in a dishonest "legal" way.
This hole thing is an EPIC facepalm....

After finding myself in a very tough situation, this man suggested I take certain actions that ended me up in a lawsuit and subsequent pay garnishment. His bad advise not only cost me the "Bankruptcy" fee he charged but additional $3k in fees and charges. If I hadn't taken his advise I probably would still have lost my home but wouldn't have dealt with years of heartburn and stress AND would have saved $$. He claims to be a Christian but as far as I am concerned is a poor example of one.
This man contacts poor immigrants on the verge of foreclosure. Somehow, when all is said or done, this attorney ended up owning their home. To gain the trust of people not proficient in English, Jolley displays and quotes from the bible. This is one side of a story told to me by the poor clients of this man. All I know is that these people lost their home after paying this lawyer a large fee. They lost their home; he now owns the home.
