We've been through this before... and I researched this carefully in 2003 before I decided to install a Vortech centrifugal S/C instead.
The 60 degree V6 is so narrow between the heads that the S/C takes up the entire space when you try to mount it directly to the lower manifold - there's no room left for fuel rails on both sides.
The only other option I thought may work would be a "side-draft TBI" mounted on the input end of the S/C, THEN mount it to blow down into the lower intake.
EDIT: it seems there's no such thing as a "side-draft" TBI. BUT you can mount a TBI sideways (who knew?).
So mounting a 2-injector TBI on the end and having the fuel blow through the S/C would keep everything low.
Here a fellow changed a side-draft carb engine to side mounted TBI (used a GM 2.5 TBI unit to boot) and running it with Megasquirt.
