I was just trying to sort through the profiles, and came up with nothing really conclusive. I was just curious as to age, and location of fellow board members.
Real name is John Psolka. I live in Scranton, PA. I'm 28 and I'm an accountant. Got two Fieros and they keep me plenty busy.
Anyone else?

Steve King, from Kincardine, Ontario, Canada. 19 years old, taking a short break from being a student to make some money as a graphic artist.. currently I have no Fiero..
but I'm working on that! The one I want is a black fastback GT, and eventually I'd like to build a custom Fiero, with the Finale kit, V8, racing suspension, etc.. *eyes glaze over*

Name is Jeff I'm 19 yrs old and live in Sioux Falls, S.D. I'm a computer technician at Gateway here. I recently bought an '87 GT auto in addition to my '85 2M4, but it needed some parts off the '85 to make it driveable(the GT nose from the the '85 and fender.) So I really just have 1.5 Fiero's in addition to my 1994 Z28. This board is great, Cliff.

Hello, my name is Patrick and I am a Fieroholic. My problem began in the fall of ‘83 when I came across a brand new 1984 Fiero in the motel parking lot where I was staying, somewhere in the south-western States. The vehicle option/prices paperwork was still stuck to the window. I knew then that I wanted a Fiero. It took me 13 ½ years, but I finally got one in January of ‘97, a 1987 2.5L 5-speed coupe. My life has not been the same since. I used to have friends. I used to go out. Now I stay home, alone, fixing my Fiero. You people are my only contact with the outside world. I'm so lonely....
Oh, I'm a property manager, 43 years old, single (go figure, eh) and live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Hey ,my name is Glen and after 15 years I finally got a '84 2.5. I know what I've been missing all these years. It is a blast to drive, but a pain to work on! I'm 45 and work in a warehouse. I live in Keizer,Oregon.

Bryan the batboy here in N.E. Kansas. I'm an environmental scientist (hydrogeologist) specializing in groundwater quality. I now own 3 Fieros plus several other older cars and trucks. I've had my silver, 87 SE, 2.5 liter, automatic Fiero for over 3 years now. Last spring, I bought the Batmobile, a 85 SE powered by a Chevy 350 V8 engine. Just a couple days ago. I bought a one owner black 85 GT with a V6, 4 speed tranny and most of the options. Yep, I love Fieros! Trying to do my part to recycle Fieros by restoring them.
My turn... My name is Dan Akers, Call me Dan-O, I'm 29 and married to a VERY understanding wife. (She likes the Fiero and Pro-streeter) I've been a Cadillac service technician for just about 10 years. Yes technician, I'm a driveability and electrical specialist and I have a college degree too. So I'm not your average car monkey. Those who have dealt with me know this to be true. I have an 85 fastback GT and I used to own an 85 2M4, Yuk! It was grey and very ugly (beat parts car)
Aloha, I actualy used my real first name as a username. I am 37 yrs old, live in Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii. I needed some sun after groing up in Seattle and living in Sun Valley ID for awhile (30 below zero YUK!) I curently own an 84 red (kind of) SE I actualy bought for temporary transpo. I am not sure what happened, I still own it. By the way I am a painting contrator. the car is going to get a complete makeover in due time.
Hello, My name is Brian Farmer. In 1988 I bought a brand new Formula. After owning it for 6 months, I moved to Sydney Australia. So I sold it. (FOOL!) I now own a black 88GT.It filled a void I found after returning from a 4 year stay in Istanbul, Turkey. I am a 35 year old Multimedia Developer.

I bought my first Fiero, an 87 SC, 2 1/2 months ago for $300. It was sitting in a farmer's field and the 2.5L had a knocking rod. After a little looking around, I contacted forum member SCCA FIERO and he gave me a decent running 88 2.5L for free. So factoring in the gas to drive to Utah and back for the engine along with a few odds and ends needed in the engine swap, I'm into it for less than $600. Everyone who sees it thinks I got a hell of a deal.

Hello...my name is Gabriel in Upland, California... I am 34 yrs. old... and working as a Network Partner Consultant...My passion for Fiero's started back in 1984 and bought my first Fiero 2M4 in 1985..Put about 80,000 wonderful miles on it for 2 yrs. and sold it for a '85 4-speed V6 SE...Love the car but I want more...So after I sold my '85 I bought a 1988 Formula 5 speed... I converted the car to the GT fastback...I paid $3,000 and the car have 73,000 miles original but the previous owner did some work on it... he install a cam, a performance chip that have the fuel cut-off eliminated... my car is still a project in which it's sitting in different color on body panels... I am running 17 inch all around...have a custom ram air that I made... a molded GTR wing with a adjustable blade... a pisa taillight with corvettes lights on it... a mecham scoop...I also installed a factory sunroof..I was going for the T-Top but it's too expensive... and I just came back from FOCOA and bought a Kid Danger Air Dam for the Gt fascia... My freind Keith has the Miller Woods Turbo for the fiero in his garage and I already made an offer to buy it in which he agreed...can't tell you how much but alot cheaper than Design One Systems...For those who doesn't know Miller Woods Turbo... they are the company who started the well proven turbo for the Fiero... The owner of Design One Systems is the the same guy who work for Miller Woods Turbo....I will do the turbo charging once I get my engine converted to the 3.4 camaro block...co'z this block is ribbed up for strength...and durability...I like the Fiero's alot....a freind of mine thinks it's a poor mans ferrari....oh well....
Hello, my name is Chris and I live in Ogden, Utah. I am 27 and I am a General Contractor.
When I was 15 or 16, my brother bought a silver 86SE V6 4spd Fiero. I bought it from him in 1991. Not too long ago I bought an 88 coupe to replace the beat up 86. I put the V6, dash, gauges and the options from the 86. I also installed the spoiler and added a set of 87GT wheels painted black. I also shortened the shifter and added a 120mph speedo and I am now in the process of turbocharging this Fiero.
This year I got hooked on autocrossing with the local SCCA club.

My name is Kelley. I'm 41 years old. I worked for the phone company for 15 years. I live in PA. I bought my 1986 SE 2.8L V6 in October 1985. Until recently, it was one of the best looking ones around. I found this forum a few months ago, and I think I'm one of the few women who visit regularly. Not that I'm complaining...

This is fun. I'm Chad Mankins (so I come by the ChadMan nickname honestly), 28, technical writer, recently married. Fieros and motorcycles have served as my only means of transportation since I bought my first Fiero in spring 1992.
I also collect Fiero toys and build plastic models of Fieros (5 so far: 84 Coupe, 84 IMSA GTU racer with SD4/webers, 85 GT, 87 GT, 88 GT).
jeez. i think im the youngest member here! my name is keith ferguson, and im 15. needless to say i don't have a Fiero or a license, but im working on it! I worked all this summer and hopefully next, for a roofing contractor, (dad) and am saving for the day when i finally can get my first plastic rocket. i live just outside of Peterborough, Ontario.
Hey, Peterborough is fairly close to where I live.. only about 2 hours away.
Most, if not all, of the Fiero meets in north america are down in the states, and are a bit far to go.. 2-3 days drive.. might be cool to set up a fiero meet in southern ontario or just across the border, so people from ontario & quebec (tho it'd be a bit of a drive!) could meet with some of the fiero owners from the northern states.
but not till I get my fiero tho! hehe..

Hey. I bought my 86.5 Gt in October of '89. After 2 clutch's, 3 heater core's a water pump, new carpet, 1 new bumber (truck pulled in front of me) and 3 batteries...the transmision fell apart in '96 (getrag/muncie 5spd. I gave it my friend as a parts car/xmas present, shortly thereafter. But 3 years and a lot of crying later I now have it back.
I am determined to have this car running! Yeah,I know it's a pain in the @$$, but I have alway's had a love for the Gt's!!! I'm sick, adicted, hooked to a drug that is more dangerous than crack (it is also looked down on as much as a crack addiction), but it makes me happy!!!

Hi! This is fun. My name is Mike Miller. I'm from River Falls, Wisconsin. I'm 44, married to a great woman for 21 years, 3 kids. I have been a housemover, carpenter, roofer, electrician, trimmer, general contractor, student, and I finally landed in my life's work 8 years ago as an architect. I work for a firm that does schools, and I love it. In 1988, my 19 year old nephew bought an 87 GT. I was hooked the first time I drove it, but life for me at that time was not about sports cars. I had to wait forever, but I now own an 86 1/2 GT, second owner, completely stock, and in great shape. Little things here and there to fix, but I love it.

Wow! This is one hell of a diverse group we have here. I now know that some of you aren't much more than 2-3 hours away from where I'm at. Maybe in the spring we can organize a meeting point where atleast a couple of us can get together. KitCar nationals at Carlisle in May anyone? Maybe we should start a new thread on this one.....
