Hello. I am posting this in hopes the rightful person will see it. I am a friend of a forum member by the name of "Seanh". He told me that he had sold his fiero spoiler to someone on here and I need to find that person. Sean is messed up pretty badly from the wreck, so I'm takeing care to part out the car since he could use the money and I'm attemting to straighten out his affairs. I need to located this person he was supposed to send the spoiler to and get it sent off to him. There is no address on the box, so I am hopeing someone reading this will know whats going on. My email address is: fieros4life2002@yahoo.com so please email me with the information if you could. I am going to post some pictures of what happened to his car. He was comeing down the steet in the left lane (street raceing obviously, I was with him) and a car turned out of the middle lane and he hit the side of them and then the traffic light post at about 75mph head on. Well, here are some pictures of what his formerly awsome 86GT looks like now:
I realize you're shaken up right now, and thanks for putting the pics up so soon, but you gotta tell us more, please! Taking care of the business can wait, we'll all understand, okay? What else can you tell us?
He has mainly head injuries, those steering wheels come up fast when you go from 75-0mph instantly...I'm ok, had a few stiches in the side of my head above my ear and I'm fine now. The decklid it fine actually. I'll get the vin number tomarrow.

He'll be fine over time, he doesn't really remember any of it though, he was knocked out before it was all over. I however wasn't and remember it all...
Ealier that night we had done some fast and furious street raceing with a 96 Mitsu 3000GT twin turbo AWD. I mean real fast and furious stuff, Sean gets crazy when he races sometimes and loses himself in the race. I know, I'm the same way with a 13 second beretta, but anyways...We had beat the 3000gt and went back to town to get gas. We filled up and left the parking lot when the same car flew by at about 120 mph in a 35 mph zone. So Sean, just being Sean, took off after him and the 3000gt ran the red light by turning into the left turning land and flying thru the light, we attempted to do the same thing, and just then the light turned green and an outta town car turned left right out of the middle land and we plowed into the side of them, knocked them out of the way, and rammed into the metal light pole at about 75mph. So thats the story about what happened that night. He kept saying that he wished he had the video camera that night because no one was going to believe he beat the 3000gt twin turbo, but I'll vouch for him, he was side by side up to about 100 mph then he walked all over the 3000gt due to his AWD limited the top end of it...It was a very fun race though...

And about what has become of being criminally charged with anything. No, he will not be, and the accident was deemed the other vehicals fault for turning from the middle lane. I was very suprised, but the witnesses only said he was speeding, doing about 60 in a 35 and had his breaks applied (actually that was to elminate tourque converter lockup like he always does when he races) but they all saw this lady turn from the middle lane when she could have clearly looked back and seen another car's lights in the turning lane because he was there the whole time, he didn't just veer into the turning land like she was trying to claim. That and the fact she had been driveing without insurance and has skipped town to avoid charges of the addident now, so it looks unlikely that he'll get any insurance money out of her.

I am the one he sold the spoiler to. I am glad he is ok. I have exchanged E-mail with him since the wreck though. He sent me pictures and offered to sell me more parts...did he have complications after that point? I need to know what email address to send the address and shipping info to. I have already paid, and shipping was included in that payment. Just PM me and let me know how much longer it will be before you send it.
I do feel for his situation but I bought that about 3 months ago and he said he sent it about 3 days after that. Then weeks later he told me he sent it again. So I wouldn't be upset at all if he would have just been honest. I am truly glad he is ok and I hope he can get back in a Fiero. Just let me know how and when you will send it.
Ahhhhhhh...man i hope he will be all right, so he wont get anything out of his car cus that would really suck, send him my best and i hope he gets well soon.
Thanx Randy

Wow... that is amazing that you guys survived that. That's the last time i'll let anybody tell me i drive a death trap. If you look at the car, it looks like it crumpled in all the right places like it was designed to do. Were you guys both wearing seatbelts and such? I guess that alone shows you that the fiero is pretty darn safe... almost looks like none of the interior pushed in.
BTW... what engine mods did he have in it? i don't remember, but i thought the 3000GTs were pretty fast, so i'm impressed that he beat it. Bummer that it had to end this way though.
Man that sucks!! I hope everything goes well for him.Head injuries are always the worst. He has my prayers man.Hope youre alright also.Hate to see that happen to another 86gt.It looks like a very nice car.Oh if the stock exhaust tip's are nice I'll buy them.
Oh man, I am glad I drive a Fiero after that. I was in a nasty accident in a "boat" of a car. (1978 Olds Cutlass) and it was in worse shape than that..... I hope you guys are OK.... I am interested in the wheels when you guys sufficiently recover.

I have a lot of compassion for them. I said I hope they get better and they are OK.... Not much else I can say. They better be glad they WERE driving a Fiero. Otherwise they would probably be dead. The engine would be inside the passenger compartment otherwise. Instead, the entire front is a crumple zone. And then I expressed my interest in the rims. Nothing more nothing less....

My7Fiero's: You could have said something like.. " I hope that everybody is ok.. That's what can happen when you street race!!" You could have had a lil' more feeling's for the situation....... I am very disappointed that a "Public Official" would say something that way!!! Just could have asked about the people involved in this situation!!!! This is not a flame toward's you at all... Just my view!! Steve
PS... Johnny K... I see that you DID'NT HAVE the 'compassion' to ask about them YOURSELF!! Why did'nt you ask???? ------------------

I'm glad to hear that you two are ok. I have had two accidents in Fieros. They are really safe. Anyway, If you have a clutch master cylinder, I would be interested. Also I take it that the Front Facia emblem is toast. Otherwise I would take that. What kind of plug wires? Stock? I need some but am too broke to go get new ones. Not sure what price they are though. Left headlight motor? Hows that? I need one of those. Also I need a fuel pump relay. If you vcan hook me up cheap I may take them. Again. Im glad to hear that you two are safe. I hope you get to feeling even better. My prayers are with you.

I'll be the first to say. Lets not start throwing insults and snippy comments at each other like this! A forum member came close to death in his fiero recently. His car is now totaled, it going to be tough for him to say the least. Weather or not it was his fault is not the case now(as it seems he was racing). Would you want the people here acting like this if you screwed up and totaled your pride and joy Fiero?

cHEEVER... but He just could have at least "asked" about the people involved!! I'm through with this thread.. I have made my point!! I DON'T WANT TO START A FLAME BATTLE OVER THIS!!!

I don't see why I should have any compassion for somebody that was running a red light at 75+ MPH. He's just lucky he didn't kill himself or anyone else.
I just became a LOT less tolerant of dumb sh!t like this a couple of weeks ago when a good friend's 19 year old son was killed. He was the passenger in a car driven by his 21 year old friend (also killed). They were street racing, lost control, went into oncoming traffic, got hit by a pickup and ran into an overpass. I don't think a lot of you guys have ANY idea the pain YOUR death would cause others. No parent should ever have to bury their child, especially not because of something so avoidable.
seanh, I DO wish you full recovery and hope you learned something from this.

Not called for? I'm sorry, but he came close to death, and he gets an "I told you so".. Yeah, it was probably a boneheaded move, but he can't take it back. Sorry, but I'm also done with this message.

Jeez look at all the remarks..good grief. Well OF COURSE I hope he gets through it ok, thats a given! Just like someone else said, I have seen this situation lots of times..in fact I had one a few months ago..same thing, badly injured due to people street racing...I got into a pursuit the other night w/ a car that was street racing (the other guy came to his senses and stopped)..I let him go so that I wouldnt cause (another) accident. The Dukes of Hazzard and Fast and Furious are great on tv, but in real life its BADDDD news. Sorry if I came across as a hard ass..really didnt mean to...I DO hope everyone comes out ok. But, let this be a lesson to ya kiddies about street racing

It will be interesting to watch how this thread will evolve. Of course I hope SeanH will be allright. That said, I've lost two friends in the past because of some street-racing punk. They were both in their twenties and were just married. They had a nice and full life ahead of them until they were hit head-on by a street-racer. They died instantly.
Think about that next time you find it necessary to floor your pedal.

I've already had my say about street racing as those around at the time may remember. Unfortunatly some don't pay attention.
I sincerly wish both of you well and with a speedy and complete recovery! Looks very nasty,I have one in the barn close to the same except with a 30 mph difference (lower).
I'm happy that none were killed and hopefully not maimed for life.
Racing is fun, exciting and rewarding, it still has it's place, and it's NOT the street.
Be well.

I hope everyone makes a full and speedy recovery, that said...
KNOW YOUR ****ING LIMITATIONS!!!
And for god's sake, grow up and take the raceing to a closed and sanctioned course. Where you can't kill anyone I love.
Best! Ben.

I'm getting ready to head out for the day, and take a look at the Fiero and whats still available, talk to Sean also. I'd like to type more but I'v got to run.
BTW, His car had a 3.4L T-60 Turbo charged engine w/75hp Dry Nos kit. I helped him build that engine. He said he's keeping the engine, and definatly getting another Fiero, due the fact he now believes there the safest car's on the road.
