Are you burning the dvd directly from a vcr, or do you have a dvd burner in your computer?
I'd go for making a <650 meg Mpeg or VCD file, that way it only costs $.40 for a CDR vs. a DVD-R that costs MUUUUUCH more.
You're definitely not going to lose anything in terms of quality with a VCD instead of DVD, and pretty much all DVD players should play a VCD. Or, watch it on the computer! Woohoo!!!

Now this I don't understand... when The Fiero Store copies Rodney Dickman's stuff, there is an uproar & we threaten to blacklist them. When FerrariMomo talks about making IRM-type integrated rocker scoops, there is a charge against him as well.
But when a highly respected member of the Fiero community shows up with a one-of-a-kind Tape from Pontiac showing the assembly details of the Fiero Prototype. Everyone is quick to slam him for his prices... then anyone with a computer, a video card, and a CD or DVD Burner is even quicker to offer their services in duplicating it digitally and selling it themselves (and they don't even bother to buy the tape themselves in the 1st place). All this even after he has made the statement that he is already having it done Digitally himself.
Apparantly copying issues just don't apply here anymore... what the hell? I'm honestly appalled that people do this- openly even. Again all I can say is "what the hell?"

Yeah, it's sad MinnGreenGT, but you know what's more sad is that I've met many and have even more Fiero Owner friends, since I've been dealing with the fiero since 1986 and like my self it's just simply called lack of "respect" Heck look at all the childish stuff that Cliff has to deal with, they don't even listen to him, again "respect" Like Cliff, I try to turn the other cheek, but sometimes you can't. But the SADDEST thing of all is I know many Fiero owners that have rare information and other rare stuff that they don't want to share it because of the stuff that goes on here. Infact some of those same people have told me, not to put the tape out there, I guess they are right and it's sad, because Cliff made up this forum to learn more about his fiero and from each other, now the forum is becoming a: name calling, stealing, and childish place that Fiero owners are getting sick of it! You shouldn't have to explain or be called names, when you try to sell something on here or worry about someone boot-legging just to get ahead, all I ask, What ever happen to RESPECT?"
