I've bent over backwards waited 5 months for a set of heads from bluemagic "keith Sybliss" that were supposed to have been triangled, ported & polished but were just stock heads with a bad valve job and ground too thin. 2 months ago I made him aware as soon as they arrived and he claimed he would get money back from shop that did work and refund my money. I have followed up with emails and heard nothing. I have also seen other people on this forum get the same treatment.....wait several months only to get bad product and then excuses with no satisfaction. I'm taking all of my email, correspondence and proof of payment to the US Postal Authorities and filing a complaint for mail fraud. I suggest any of the rest of you who have had a similar experience do the same. Maybe this will keep people like this off the forum so the rest of us can be safe from people who like to take advantage of our good will.

I've noticed that since people have been exercising their forum complaint against Sybliss he hasn't been on the PFF.

I was the origional person to experiance such problems

I lost $150 USD off of our transaction.

Steven Rossi:You are the ultimate hypocrite and just jumping on the bandwagon,why and how did we have a bad transaction? your dash was damaged in shipment by fedex.You sent me $137US for purchase and shipping it to Canada you even asked for relays,washer pump,and some extras that I threw in then shipped your dash and turned aroundand had to pay$53 extra out of my pocket that you never paid me because your dash was damaged so how just now you are saying I ripped you off?...be for real and stop becoming a soapbox advocate and speak the truth.
Brian Farmer(Wisconsin GT)whenI advertised the dash on the Mall I told you the dash was in excellent condition and it still is,we negotiated the price and I also gave you a break and gave you the dash for $100 no sweat because better it is your car than it sitting here after finding that Steven Rossi's was damaged I waited awhile and kept you abrest of the situation as to what was going on,..took it to fedex the accepted it only to ask me to repack the box as they had an investigation ongoing on the damaged one.During this time you wanted aa set of seat belts and I enclosed them and gave you a price which I later told you not to pay for them because of the delays in shipping and I am not taking them out of the box that is packed and sitting out on my porch.When Mike Murphy started this about I stiffed him you sent me a PM and informed of the situation and I promptly replied because my reputation is worth more than the $200,and edxplained it was right after that you started to wonder if I was going to rip you off and it was not that I am hiding from any one.

Mike, don't wait any longer. If he has an issue with the machine shop, thats not your problem, it's his. You delt with him, not the machine shop.

He's stalling.

Check with USPS on how long you can let this go before they cannot do anything with it.
I say this because I waited too long on a wing I purchased, and the guy ( yes is on this forum) kept stalling, so I thought I would be patient.

My problem is that I wated past 12 months before I took it up with Canada Post, they informed me that after 12 months, they could not do anything about. Sounds like a crock with me, but thats how it went down.

Don't wait!, Take action NOW!!!
