Chuck, I'm going to use paypal, but how do I do it? You said click on the Credit Card box, but where do you enter your card info?
Also, if anyone from north of Oklahoma is going to this event, I'll be driving down I-35 the whole way. We can meet up and caravan down there or something. Also meet up with the OKC guys and all drive down together.

sqoach when you click the credit card box, then submit the form it takes you to paypal and you just enter your paypal ID and log on. It works very well.

Don, this kind of feedback is very valuable. Thanks for relaying your experience & opinion. I apologize for it being confusing. These things will be taken under advisement and some modifications made as soon as possible.
Yes, the name "CFOG-I" was the right thing to put on the money order.
I believe the lack of email from the Contact Us screen is probably due to personnel changes among our Officers. My email was recently added to receive the Contact Us messages, but that change was apparently made after yours was submitted. Still, you should get a reply, just not as quickly as we intend the standard response to be. Again, my apologies. These difficulties will be addressed and improved, I assure you.
Sqoach, as Loyde says, when you click Submit, the next screen gives the address for sending checks and another button for sending an electronic payment, such as Paypal or credit card.
Thanks for the comments and questions. Keep em coming!

Yep. If I need to request information or volunteers for anything, I'll send a form letter or email to the registrants, but just look forward to a weekend at the lake, leaving your cares at home. You have until September 11 (I didn't pick that date) to reserve the rooms which have been held for us. After that, they may or may not have a room, but there's plenty more lodging down the road a piece.
By my latest count, ten more are needed to register by July 31. I hope you understand the planning it takes and the investment of time & energy necessary to put something like this together. That is the reason for needing to know the minimum number of participants by a certain date.
Personally, I'm confident that more than 20 Fieros will attend, and registration could easily double between August 1 and October 12. So prepare yourselves for some Fiero fraternization!

I am mailing my cfog-i membership and RRR registration checks. One goes to KY and one to OH? Is this correct or can they both be sent to the same address.

I'm not sure. But hopefully someone that does will see this.

Alright I have been talked into it. I will be registering in a few days. Might be late and have to pay the penalty. Stimpy mail or call me about how you are going there, is anyone going to be driving down going back home then driving down again. This is pretty close to me so I guess what I am asking is will things be going on too early and too late for for this to be fesable (sp?) and not miss anything.

From Page 1 of this thread...
quote
Saturday, October 12th, the Show-n-shine starts by 12 (Noon). The games will start around 3:00 or 4:00. We'll be at Sanford's for a steak dinner that evening. Sunday, October 13th, after breakfast will be a scavenger-hunt type cruise that lasts until lunchtime. After lunch is free time until the trivia game/awards ceremony/banquet that evening. The times will be more certain after further planning commences, IF we get enough participation to proceed.
I'd say you'll want to return Sunday morning by around 9:00. I hope that helps a little.

The Kentucky address IS the official club address. The Ohio address was previously considered the club Treasurer address, but that is no longer the case. So, yes, the Covington KY address above. Thanks.
I have no commitment from the Revster yet.

Another has submitted a pre-registration!!! We have 6 to go by the end of 31st. I think it will happen.
I've been working on the Houston group, but there hasn't been much response. Don't know why, but they're a laid back bunch. If you know any of them, maybe you could send a quick email.

Hey Chuck, Did you realize that is my car you used in that pic. I saw some guy was selling clocks on ebay with a pic of my car on it, so now I have one hanging on my wall... I just thought it was cool that a TX car was used!
Daniel
BTW... Wish I could make it to this event. 11 hr. drive is just a little too much for me. Besides, I need all the money I can muster for my project!

87GTBro: I just grabbed that pic from the PFF Gallery! Later I saw that it's yours, but didn't think I needed your permission to use a PFF Gallery pic in a PFF post, am I right?
I totally forgot about the clocks, but now that you mention it... that's an amazing coincidence! There's just something about your car and clocks!
So...... who wants to meet up with me for this trip?? San Antionio people???
Smooothgt I will see ya at the texas heat wave in sept. we will talk about it then.
John, You know steve...(yes I will be there!!) all we can do is wait and see. no high hopes right!! hee hee
Chuck, will I get the farthest drive prize? since Daniel is tooo scared to drive that far!!hee hee sorry Daniel, just pushing you to come!!! I guess he will just sit in the valley and watch his clock. tick, tick!
My records show 5 to go, but that's IF those who say they mailed payments actually did, and IF those who say they will actually will. So I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt (ain't that a strange phrase?). I'm not exactly sure I should give out names.

Sorry for any inconvenience......
