I would think twice before contacting his employer. He would have a pretty good case against you for harrasment... especially if he loses his job, or some other sacntions are levied against him.

Just for information; since this post was originally started nothhing was ever done by this Karl Jones character to make good on the $500 he stole from Ed Parks. All that talk and posts from Karl "Fierojones" just resulted in more mistruth.
1) If you have a problem, DEAL with it, it's been 2 years, if you had done due diligence, you would have filed for small claims a long time ago
2) You are whining on the forum NOW?
Listen, i'm a resonable guy, but even if he did rip you off, you let it sit too long... There were options, and don't tell me "it took me this long to get here" you have let it sit...
Stop posting this garbage here, we get the idea, Karl jones is a dick.

Well, I would like to take this oportunity to say that at least Holly took care of the situation she and I had from about two years ago. She did finally send me a refund check for the guage pod
Just wanted everyone to know. We always seem to hear the bad about someone, but very rarely hear if/when they make good.
Thanks Holly. I am glad at least our deal is finally over and done with. I hope that Karl is also able to get his situation over and done with as well. Hopefully he can help make this situation with Ed Parks right. Ed is a good man.

Dennis started this thread to warn others as much as anything else. I'm sure if you had a complaint about a vendor cough*racetech*cough that you'd pretty much speak your mind as well. Right? Ed pretty much has given up on getting his money back. If the situation *is* resolved, I'm quite sure this thread will go away.
