Thanks to Ed Parks I was just made aware of the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, WWW.IFCCFBI.GOV, where we can go to take care of those who have done misdeeds through internet sales.
Tonight I spent about 30 minutes filing my first complaint. I suggest the rest of you who have had problems with a certain individual on this or other sites to take advantage of this new FBI/Justice Department program available to each of us if we have been taken unfair advantage of.

Hey guysI am still here not really thumbing my nose at you but watching both of you making a complete set of cry babies and looking sympathy from each and every forum member, just grow up and leave my name alone at least you are making me famous and thanks for that. I am not about to get into any discussion with any one but your actions and comment only make it drag out even more,.. and I am not scared easily as you might think,we had a transaction that went bad it can be rectified but being impetuous after I told you what I was doing to make every one happy you chose do what you are doing. To end all the Bovine Excrement(bullsh*t)that you and Brian Farmer (Wisconsin GT)are trying to use do this, box up the heads and return them and you will get your money. As for you Mr Farmer and Mike my computer is virus free, and I will not accept your emails anymore had 3 virus laden ones sent lately to me I will see your post as a matter of fact am going on vacation for two weeks so when I get back will see what you two decide,i'm outta here.

What? Send me the dash Keith! For the fourth time. Do it before you leave for vacation.
With all this money you now have...Buy a Mac. You are less likely to get a virus. By the way my mac is virus free, so you did not get it from me. NICE EXCUSE!

The transaction went bad Mr. Sybliss when you chose to send me a set of heads that were to have been ported, polished, a triangle valve job with new guides & springs installed still wrapped in the plastic that arrived 5 months after my check cleared. They arrived in a box poorly packaged and had none of the above completed of which you informed me that you would take matters up with the machine shop and get back with me the next day. You never emailed, called my 800 number or dropped me a note of any sort after I sent several followups by email. It was only after a public display on this forum that you even attempted to make any form of communication well over 30 days from your last email. You even had the nerve to say I had your number and could have called. I find it hard to beleive you want to call us cry babies looking for sympathy when the fact of the matter is we are trying to prevent others from having similar experiences. Impetuous? At the age of 48 I think not. I have been very patient to wait until now to procede in the manner I have. Perhaps you should review the definition of the word in Webster's Dictionary of the English Language. Impetuous (Rushing with force and violence; furiuos in motion; forcible; fierce; raging; vehement in feeling; passionate; violent.) In the last 7 months since this transaction started I have given you every opportunity to comply by either sending the product as promised or return my money. I have taken slow and careful consideration each step of the way to give you every benifit of the doubt. For this I do fault myself as all it has done it has given you more time to stall and you are very adept at using this tactic. Several others on this forum have also made that observation. If you told us you were going to make us all happy as you said in the above post perhaps you could tell us exactly when you planned on doing this? I'm tired of waiting and I waited long enough. I do not beleive you have a law suit against the machine shop. That you most likely fabriacted after the fact to justify your lack of response. Even if you have such a suit another forum member posted a quote from you that I would have to wait until the suit was over before I would receive any refund. Yes I know you take great satisfaction in slowwalking people who for whatever reason you choose. I did not buy these heads from your machine shop I bought them from you and your name is on the check I wrote. Now you want me to return the heads at my expense and wait for a refund? Sorry I may be a sucker occasionally but stupid is not on written on my forehead. I have your emails, copy of certified letter, forum postings from you as well as others and the heads as my evidence. I'll tell you what. I'll get a cost to you on the shipping and you can return that along with the $221 after which I will return the heads and remove my complaint and it will not take me 7 months to do so. By the way my virus scan is updated almost weekly as well as my incoming and outgoing emails are scanned and quarantined so maybe you best beware of the places or people you are communicating with however if others have been treated with your over whelming generosity and consideration perhaps you should consider a stronger antivirus program or firewall.

Just to let you all know, I received the door weatherstripping that I purchased from Keith today. The items I got were exactly as he described them. Granted, it took a LOT longer than it should have for him to ship them, but they DID arrive. This is NOT an endorsement for Keith, nor is it a criticism...merely a statement that I did receive what I ordered from him.
No I have not received a refund or any reply what so ever. I did get a letter from The Indiana Attorney General's Office requesting all my emails, correspondence and chat site info regarding my situation with him. I quickly responded. Let's see he said he would send you the dash and seat belts on 8-8-02 and it is now 2 weeks after that date. Well you do have to admit he is consistent..... always late or has an excuse.

Well Mr. Sybliss it has been in excess of 30 days since your last post Wisconsin GT & I are still waiting........You won't accept our emails as they are virus laiden so you say. So what gives. Don't you read the posts or have you quit frequenting Pennock's? If you truly have a suit with Street & Strip Machine Shop why don't you send me a copy of your case docket number, and a copy of the repair order for the work done to the heads in question. If you have an attorney handling the case why don't you give me his name, address and phone number? That way I might even be able to help by sending photos of the unported heads in detail with my digital camera. Or is it possible you just can't do any of this?
Well?

Just stay on it and beat it to death and then beat it to death some more if you have to. I stayed on top of the ones I had even though many complained that they were sick of hearing about it. Why they didn't just ignore the post if they had no interest in it is beyond me, but I guess some people just like to complain - even if it is complaining about other people complaining. Go figure. Two of them finally came thru. One was after over 4 months and the other was after over 2 years.
Sometimes it does pay off to beat it into the ground, seem like a jerk at times for not letting it go and being irritating to some by continually bringing up a sore subject.
I have bought and sold many items, cars included, on both ebay, Fiero Net and Pennock's this was the first time I have ever been hoaxed by a scam artist. I do have to admit he made a convincing story in the begining but in my opinion he's the type of person that begins to beleive his own lies to justify his actions and that is a very sad individual. I beleive you call them habitual liars and possibly just can't help themselves. He would be better off to use the profit he made from several of us to get professional help. How bout it guys? Should we buy him a shrink?
Well Mr. Sybliss??? We are still waiting.....and waiting and waiting. By the way what's going on with street & strip and your lawsuit? Have you gone to court yet? I'll bet you are just as talented as Perry Mason. Have you got the wheel chair down pat yet? Oops I'm sorry that was Ironside or was it? Nobody's seen you on the forum lately...not another motorcycle accident put you in the hospital has it? I do hope you fully recovered from the last one. Wisconsin GT what was it you said happened to Keith after the motorcycle accident? Critical illness? Life threatening operation? How does the man do it?

Just keep the pressure on and good luck.

Edited because I hate keyboards and they hate me.
And THIS comes from a person who can't pay his debts either! Hey Fiero5, how about paying what YOU owe!

Here is some new info on how to get Sybliss.. If my transaction fails, I have visa to go after him..And my big foot in his ass.. here is soem good emails he uses
Warnings about bad experiences with buying Fiero parts is always welcome. It might save someone else some hassle and money. For what it's worth, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center isn't a bad idea. I've had to resort to it in the past, and while no legal action was taken, my problem was resolved as soon as they realized legal action was pending.
