We will not beat around the bush with this thread. My club member sent money to purchase a pair of 88 front wheel bearing/ hub assemblies from him from a referal that I gave him. So far Keith has not delivered the wheel bearings, or offered a refund. This has been going on for over six months.
Keith, it is time to deliver wheel bearings, send a refund, or at least have the courtesy of sending an explanation as to why the extended delay.
Communication saves a lot of this crap on the forum.

Screwed some more members I see. Too bad several of us have to take it in the shorts before enough of us speak out so that others can be spared the violations of a thief. Unless he's banned from the forum my guess is he'll just lay low for awhile and then stick it to some more people. Maybe some of us could go to Miami on spring break and pay him a personal visit. I've got an 8 passenger van if anyone is interested.
How do you know the dash was not bad before it was packed? Remember I got a set of heads that were packaged much the same way almost falling through a hole in the box that were not what was represented. They were supposed to have been ported, polished, 3 angle valve job,new valve spring, guides and reground valves. All I got after 6 months was a set of stock heads cleaned up a bit with the valves ground too thin. Your dash was probably trashed when it went into the box. The poor packaging thus alledged shipment damage on it was just a way to use an excuse to get out of sending you a bum dash. He always needs an excuse. He blamed the shop that did the work on my situation. I doubt if he ever set foot in their door or has ever done busness with them. I asked for copy of repair order, court docket and his attorney's info. on his lawsuit he says he has filed against shop and he will not respond. Just a small time scam artist making money on unsuspecting, trusting people on this forum. My van is starting to fill up can you make it down to Indiana?

Well, a quick update. At this point in time I believe that I am out over $250.00 for a pair of 1988 Front Hubs. It's been over a month since anyone has heard from Keith, the phone number that he provided is disconnected, the email account is closed and he's appearing unresponsive. He's alluded to the threats that have been made against him, although I chose not to go that route, so I can't understand his problem with me. I believe (from my perspective) that Keith has taken the money and ran, and unless someone can prove otherwise, I am SOL. I also will warn everyone to be careful in dealing with Keith as I pretty much did as "ThatRickGuy" did. Send a check, watch the check clear, email and be told that the parts are gone, but expect some in 2 to 3 weeks. That was about June 1st. All other attempts to resolve this have fallen on deaf ears.
All this from a guy who says:

So: do I believe that Keith will make good? Seems doubtful, given the cancellation of the phone and email, and would I recommend any others buying from Keith? Since he doesn't seem to care about you, your items or anything except keeping your money, I can't really give Keith a rousing endorsement.
Thanks to all who tried to help. Since I am pretty disgusted with this, as it is the 2nd time for a really bad transaction, I give up. Am I looking for sympathy? No, just warning y'all so you don't make the same mistake. Are we making him famous? No, Keith, you are doing that. We (the several who spoke up after trying to settle this off the forum) are just reporting what you did, or didn't do. If that makes you famous, you sould be proud of yourself for getting such notoriety.
I really hope that all of this gets settled very soon.
If now i'm sure there are people on the forum that would compensate your loss due to Keith and give you the parts you needed for free (well you'd have to pay for shipping)
Just ask.
Again...i hope that you people who got scammed more then i did will get what you paid for in the end.

FWIW, I have not received my dash. I know that I filed a report. Did anyone else? I think he got a good hack job by the authorities down in Miami. i am sure he has alot of resentment tword us. So, I am sure we will not see are items or money. I hope I am wrong.

I bought some door opening weatherstripping from Keith. He emailed back, telling me he had received the money order, and when he would ship the items. The arrival date came and went. I emailed him again, and he told me that he had something come up, and hadn't been able to get them shipped, but would take care of it in the next day or two. A couple of weeks passed, and still no merchandise. The day I sent off the money order, I came across one of the MANY postings about Keith here on PFF, so each time I would contact him, I wondered just how honest he was being. Finally, I sent him a long email. I had contacted the Postal Inspectors and had gotten a fraud report to fill out. I told Keith that I had the report sitting in front of me as I was typing that email, and that he had one week to get the items sent to me, or I'd fill out the report. I was calm, but firm...I didn't get angry...I just told him that I had sent him my money in good faith, and that he had more than ample time to get the items he owed me shipped to me. I told him that I had read what others had written about him, but that I had decided to withold judgement on him until our transaction was complete. I told him that he had stated SEVERAL times on PFF in his own defense that he was an honest man, and that it was time for him to back up his statement. I told him that I was a patient person, but there came a point when patience had to be put aside, and that we had come to that point. I then reiterated that he had one week to get the doorseals to me, or else I WOULD fill out and send in the report. I finished by saying that I had tried to conduct our transaction in a calm, orderly, honest way, and that it was time for him to do the same.
The weatherstripping showed up in a little over a week. They weren't as perfect as he had stated in his emails, but they WERE useable, and better than what I had on my car.
I was lucky...I got what I paid for. Most haven't. My advice...stay as far away from Keith Sybliss as you possibly can.

I purchased a starter from him and the casing for the starter came cracked and I emailed him and he said he could provide a new casing for $15 dollars I said I wanted a refund that didn't happen. This guy is fake as can be and will come up with any excuse. You always wonder you know how could a guy do this and how weird it would be to actually meet him and just say to the guy how could you do this to fellow members of a Fiero forum. Its sad quite honestly, people trust a lot of people on here but I think it takes more than that even these days. Im glad I have had a lot of good luck with members on the forum and glad I represent myself good and have a honest character. Hopefully you guys that are still waiting on parts or refunds can contact him. Contacting the FBI about it could help you out or at least scare him if he got a threat letter. You gotta try a lot of stuff, its a hassle but I guess you can get something back from the guy. Good luck guys!

Warnings about bad experiences with buying Fiero parts is always welcome. It might save someone else some hassle and money. For what it's worth, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center isn't a bad idea. I've had to resort to it in the past, and while no legal action was taken, my problem was resolved as soon as they realized legal action was pending.
