Got mine today and already took them on a 2 hour test drive. The wife thinks they are great as they keep the belt from rubbing on her neck. The belt never bothered me like it did her but they sure do look good and add a little color much like my painted door tabs

Oreif I still haven't gotten my pads? Maybe in the next few days I'll get them.
Canadian orders seem to take 7 to 10 days. Not sure who's mail service is the slow part. (Probably both) Yours were sent on the 14th of November so you should see them sometime between tomorrow thru Monday.
