I have several emails from him.. I have been talking to him on a few items I bought on ebay.. I paid for my items with Paypal visa,, that way if he screws me I can recourse him.. Anyway here are a few of his email addresses
Thanks much for the info. I've heard he's ripped off others too. He owes me $192.00, or a 87 GT aero nose & some parts for an 88 V-6. The money order was bought 5/8/02, and send shortly after; it was cashed. (He also swindled me on an engraved intake, but I have no legally binding proof... long story.) If he doesn't respond quickly, mail fraud charges will be filed. Thanks again for the info. BTW, his old email was: Bmajic@bellsouth.net. The only other info I have is his address, and age. If anyone needs that please contact me via PM. Scott

A little advice for those of you planning on filing mail fraud charges against Keith. The Postal Inspectors are going to tell you that there's not a lot they can do, based upon the amount of money you've lost to him. I suggest that you contact Mike Murphy here on PFF, and find out who all is going to file. When you DO file, be sure to tell the Inspectors that you are NOT the only one that he's defrauded, and then give them a list of other people on PFF that are also filing fraud charges. That way, your total will exceed your individual losses, and may spur them into investigating it further than they might if only one person filed a fraud charge against him. The fact that he's also scamming people all over the US may be of interest to them, too. Hopefully, you've saved all of your emails, snailmail, money order receipts, copies of checks, etc., so that you can give them to the Inspectors. The more documentation you have, and the more people that file against one individual, the better the chances that the Postal Inspectors will get this guy.

Warnings about bad experiences with buying Fiero parts is always welcome. It might save someone else some hassle and money. For what it's worth, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center isn't a bad idea. I've had to resort to it in the past, and while no legal action was taken, my problem was resolved as soon as they realized legal action was pending.
So ill throw this in the air and see if anyone cathes this..
I can literally help you put keith away.. I also was the one who went after FOCOA.. so If anyoen wants me to handle their individual case and handle keith for you,,, Let me know.. I am good at filing motions and Ill even fly to Florida!!
