In that last picture of you with the choptop you really capture the 80s era with your authentic short-shorts and 80s mustache. Good Job! ------------------ Check out Pictures of My Fiero and WhiteFieroGT's Here

Well they couldn't be stock sail panels because they wouldn't fit It would be nice to see the GBCT again.

I'll post sme new pictures this weekend. THE only reason I'm considering scoops is I need new 1/4 windows and i'm not having that much luck making them ouy of lexan.

Hey Dave, I'm making/trimming/installing a set in a GT Fast Back this weekend (Saturday), if you want to stop by I'll show you what you are doing wrong. I'll bet by now you're wishing that you had left the windows like they were when you got the car. Archie

Why can't ya just get the kind like I got from Sage/or 007 and take a little from the top and bottom off(trim them down) They have the little window in there. Or go with the master(Archie) ------------------

Hey Archie, How many fastback choptops have you created to date? Do you think you could chop a T-top? Are you planning to retire any time soon?, (ie. how long can I put off my chop top installation) Just some friendly questions I hope you can answer

I don't think that would work.....the choptop takes quite a bit out{most from the top edge} and the little window would not stay centered. I may try and have one of them make me a set using a chopped 1/4 window as a guide. thanks for there names.

OK here's the car this morning It's stuffed in the garage with a dead battery......I'll try to get it out later today for some better shots. I really haven't done much to it but drive it. I did put some SS mirrows under both hoods and the front I also have a Carbon Fiber Dash Kit to install

I love the SS mirrors on the hood and trunk. How did you go about getting those made? I think I would like to do something like that to my car. Was going to see if you could lead me in the right direction, also how much did it cost do that? Thanks and let me know if you can.

I bought the bottom 2 of the back mirrows from Chris Berry {btaz1@aol.com } for $75.00. I decided I wanted them all mirrored so I made poster board templets of the other cutouts and had a local sheet metal shop cut them out of Mirrored SS. it was around $75, but they weren't as heavy of gauge of SS as the ones Chris sells. How did you attach the glass to the trunk and hood, wondering what type of stuff I would need to use. Thanks.

I emailed Chris at that email address and it returned as not being a valid email? Any other way to contact him? Let me know.

The 88 has not left the garage in about a month. I start it every few days to keep things juicy. Glad I spent the $ on the Optima Red top battery.....certainly worth it. It is still for sale however. ------------------
