Rockcrawl,
I was thinking the exact same thing about the group buy on the dyno. I am sure if we caught them at the right time they would. jus to get some cars up there and get noticed. As for the color i won't get back to work til tommorrow so i can't give you the correct code but I think StreetandStrip got it with the second code. Its a bright red metallic. Quite stunning in the sun. The torch red is what my car was painted before . Its a BRIGHT red but no metallic. I'll look it up to make sure that is the code. The color i am thinking of
came on a friends vette that wasn't a anniversary so maybe its a different red.

I was thinking the exact same thing about the group buy on the dyno. I am sure if we caught them at the right time they would.

We tried it last year. The dyno operator said we'd need to talk to someone at Carlisle Productions. Something about how he was just contracted to be there for the day, and Carlisle gets all the money for the runs. We just decided to skip the runaround and pay full price, since there were only three of us who wanted to run anyway.

I had a chip fly onto the work lamp when I was machining and it was hot enough to set it off. You need welding glasses to watch it burn. The chips can be easily lit with a match and they burn hot enough to melt through a coffee can. Don't ask me how I know

Couldn't you just take an opposite side valve cover, and machine a oil cap hole, and the lettering...??

I just used two front covers, lettering and fillers on both...I think Rockcrawl was going for a more finished look. Like when you stare at something and you can't realize what's diffferent..then it hits you
"Oh Yeah,the covers are cool!!"
