Pat has a design without holes for lights available http://fibersmith.net/

I've also seen one with holes for lights posted on E-bay quite a bit lately by Sturgeon http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2405277295&category=33638

Mine is made from a stock fascia. Its cut at the 'division', flipped upside down, and molded together.

Its hard to see in the picture so I sort of outlined it. It is slightly longer than the radiator and screws into the bottem of the rad support. I also have a second deflector mounted at the frt of the engine cradle forcing air up through the engine compartment.

Yes, Mine is done the same as the one above.
I glued mine and screwed it also, Then molded it in... also changed a little more as you can see...

It's not that hard if you have an extra junky front aero fascia.

Smooth!!
