As you all know I have this 19000 mile Indy. Being the purist that I am (NOT!) I've found a set of seats I like better. What would a set of near mint Indy seats out of a 19000 mile car be worth?

At least $500, I'd say. Depends what the buyer is WILLING to pay.

What are better than Indy seats?

Probably nothing Chester. I will do you a favour and take them off your hands and even pay shipping
You do realise a lot of people are going to scream at you for 'butchering' a 19,000 mile Indy right?
Now in real perspective if you put them on ebay with a $1000 reserve there isa chance you will get it if someone wants them bad enough. Although the $500 seems closer to the real value.

You should be able to get a $1000, I remember a guy name "chief" had brand new seat covers and he got $1500 for them, hope that helps and I agree with AUS, put it on ebay, I don't think you will get the people on here to buy them (I could be wrong) but you will get flame for sure if you list them here with a high price!

Thanks for the honesty, as I recall the same sale. Yeah, most here might not pay that but I know a couple of them will!

No one makes replacement Indy seat covers. If some one is restoring a Indy Pace car, they will be valuable.

I was just looking at a Fiero parts site, and they wanted 1200 for mint Indy seats.

I'd say go for the 1000 bux, you just can't get mint Indy seats on a regular basis.

They are probably worth $1000 to the purist...me however, I'd get the Mr. Mikes full leather look-a-likes for $500

Good idea, too bad Mr. Mike didn't do them for the Indy back in 84.

Like I said earlier, the people that would pay for these are the ones that want a BONE STOCK MINT Indy. Can't compete in factory stock with a set of MM seats

I was thinking about them. But since my Indy is going to be my daily driver (hey, its an automatic, a welcomed change!) after the resto, I am going to opt for MrMikes. Good luck selling them, you shouldnt have a problem at all!
