No more as of yet... But can get a few shots this wekend.

This is as far as I have gotten so far.

Still need to do the pass. door, and finish filling the trim on the rear. Hope to finish filling the rear facia this weekend.

Sanded & filled the the driver side three times so far & am still not happy....

Long way to go with the sanding.

Did you fill in your side runnnig lights? I think I will. Going to shoot the car in black again, so sanding will be critical.

My hat is off to you!!

Best wishes.

I'm confused...
Are you just using filler to fill everything, right??

Here is what I did.

Used Dremel to grind down area where filler is going. Cleaned & started layering in fiberglass cloth & saturating it with resin.

Built up layers as needed to get the height I am looking for. Covered that with bondo to get smooth & sanded, & sanded.....

Still have some "air bubles" / pin holes to fill with bondo.

But that is mostly how I have doen it so far.

When I do the pass. door, I will post a detailed step by step photo shoot.

Just going to take a little time.

John

Note to self, no posting before drinking coffee...

How are you attaching the nose cone once you shave off the trim? It is held on by two bolts under the marker light. Or are you keeping the marker light on the nose cone? Will the bolts on the rad support keep it in the right place if you eliminate the marker light ones?
