Although I enjoyed making these- and simply having something "Different". I finally came to the conclusion that they're not exactly what I was trying for. So I am in the process of creating another new design... but that's about all I can share until I have some extra time to spend working on them!
I love that Taillight mod Minn. It something that looks great and can be done for a relatively low cost. I think if I am bored this summer I may just try that if I can get a hold of a spare set of taillights.
You gotta love when people are original like this!

I'd have to go out and look again as to which one is the turn signals and which ones are the brakes but one socket from the brakes and one from the turn signals were used and yes I have back up lights (lost points at a show for not having them, that won't happen again). I have RED tail light bulbs in all the lights for brakes and turn signals so that the white centers turn red when needed and it took some time for me to figure out how and what i was going to use for the backups but I finally used white strobes, wired to the backup sockets so that when you put the GT in reverse it looks like a disco in the garage

Yep... that's the same stuff I used for my GT taillights I also made a set of clear coupe taillights for Ron/"yello86" last year- they were much easier to make for the coupe than for a GT
I don't really have a good picture of these, but here you go.
Hey Kameo, remember our discusion on what to put on the back of the car (emblem etc) to take up some of that empty realestate from the F355 lights? I decided on mine and should have pictures in a few weeks. Hint, it is fiero related not a ferrari horse or GTR badge. (had to through that in Kameo)

How many cans of Nite shade did it take for the 2 tailights? and also, did you spray on the inside ot the clear lense and then reassemble with all the parts of original tailamp?
Thanks

Here is mine. I dont have a backup-light fixed yet but Im planning to set it in the lower area where the red relfexes are. I must say molding the two fibersmith panels together made the difference

Here's mine- I do plan on getting a Ferrari style setup, but have yet to find one I am satisfied with yet. Simply painted the stock ones and the FIERO lights show up as well!

Can't wait to see the pics.... no unfortunately I wont be able to make it to the 20th... got too much money tied up in my formula to have enough for a plane ride clear across country and I wouldnt want to put that many miles on my car to drive there...
hopefully in another year or 2 once I get the car done I will be able to make it to some shows...btw... you got a hell of a sweet ride
