Sounds fun but I'll have to park next to somebody with a crankin' stereo because my race car doesn't have a radio.
Doug,
I could put a tape from Waterford or Milan in my stereo, and crank the amp up for you. I would, of course, sling some mud around - -then you would REALLY feel at home there in your car

Count me in. But I don't think I'll be able to make the caravan up since I'll be leaving Cincinnati around 3PM and won't arrive in Pontiac until probably 8:30 or so. But I'll just keep on going up to the drive in and caravan back with you guys/gals.
Did somebody post directions yet? I don't think the movies will actually start until 9:15ish so maybe we can push the start time back just a little for the trip up so people who want to make the dinner can do both...

Actually the Dinner is on Thursday night. What will be missed is the Evening at CJ Barrymores (Go-Karting, Rock Wall Climbing and Mini Golf). It's a tough decision of which event to go to!!

Thanks Chuck! I checked earlier tonight and it still showed the old movies. This week they have Pirates of the Caribbean and The Hulk with a repeat of Pirates on one screen and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle with a repeat of T3 on the other. Last week they didn't have Pirates and lets hope next week they won't have Hulk. Won't know til Thursday.
Recap: Friday night only. Triple feature. $6.25 adults, $2.50 5-11, free 0-4. They do have the speakers on poles for those without radios. Sunset is about 9:30. The gates open at 8 and they can open them an hour early for us. We'll start gathering behind the hotel near the car wash around 5:45 and depart at 6:30. There will be a sign up sheet to let the drive-in know how many vehicles are coming. Please leave a contact phone number (NOT a home phone, please!! ) so we can call you if you forget the time. 40 miles one way. Easy directions. I-75 north to M-15/Ortonville Rd north for 22 miles. Then take I-69 west to Belsay Rd north. A quick left on the service drive to the drive-in. Just reverse the directions to get back to the hotel. Those that are going to C.J. Barrymore's are more than welcomed to come up after the fun there. You might miss the first movie but you can stay and watch it the second time.
Anyone know what happened with this?? I showed up late, at about 9:20pm, and the lady in the booth wasn't too happy looking.. I asked if there was a "special section" for Fiero guys, and she said "We opened an hour early for you guys, and nobody showed up!"... I asked if anyone had shown up, and she said she saw 2 Fieros until that time.. Did anyone go? I only stayed for Bad Boys 2, Terminator would have gotten out waay too late. Maybe that's why nobody went?? Or did everyone sneak in without her seeing? Just wondering...
