It's 7:25 AM. I just heard a great loud exhaust (from the 6th floor), and looked out my window. There are two tractor trailers here, and the 90 prototype is in the parking lot. Laterz... Gotta get down there!!!
The early birds got the worm on this one. The early risers that were out there at 7am got to look under the hoods, sit in, touch, and generally fondle everything on the prototypes. One lucky Fiero person even got to drive one of the prototypes off the transport. After a little bit though, the doors were locked and the lids went down. But apparently later today the cars will be opened back up for a while before Pontiac comes back to pick them up at 7pm.
I've got plenty of pics, but I'm headed back out to the showfield, I just came in to do a memory card dump onto my laptops hard drive and figured I'd check the forum...

The 89/90 prototype has been opened on and off all day long. MANY pics of it have been taken, and every angle has been shot. Also, I heard from a GOOD source that while no one was looking the prototype was measured (and filmed) for dimensions.
I'm thinking that we NOW have enough information to start producing our own 89/90's!!!
I'll have some pics up tonight. There's LOTS of stuff happening.
Btw, Hulki was already spotted onsite. I grabbed him and politely asked him to sign my pro street car, which he did. (He was also amazed with the car. )

Ok we had better get a lot of video as well, and then get it changed to mpg and then hosted for open download. I will offer up some bandwidth for video downloads on one of the faster servers.

THAT'S what I was waiting for... I knew it would be justa' matter's of hour's before that was already accomplished... Glad to hear it was pulled off.... <evil-grin> Time to get to work boy's!!

Man, I wish I was there - if for nothing else but to see the 90 proto.
I don't think I've ever seen anything so beautiful in my life I took TONS of pics, but on regular film, so it'll be awhile before I can get them up on here.

Agreed! Well, everything except all the bad things I've said about them cancelling the car . But hey, you have to give Pontiac credit for bringing them to the show.

While walking around last night, I met a man and his wife that just happen to come across the show. He worked for GM on the 90 prototype. He didn't know about PPF untill I told him. He will be gitting a screan name and said he will fill us in on a lot of the info about the car. Hope he does it soon for you guys. I sure learned a lot from him. Bob

ENJOY!!! (I'm off to the banquet to hear Hulki speak. )
Oh yes, there will be a CFOGi authorized DVD out VERY soon! It is already in the editing stages. I know of another handful of people that are also creating DVDs, and I'm sure that you will see them pop up soon too. With over *300* Fieros here, there's BOUND to be a gazillion miles of video shot!
