imo, and this is only MY opinion, it is a natural evolution of the fiero design, not all that radicle of a change at all.

Mostly yes....Seeing in person convinced me...pictures before left me un-impressed.

It does have a Tran Am look but who is to say the Trans Am didn't steal some design elements when the Fiero was discontinued.

I love the 90 Fiero, would love to own one. Fieros have always looked like firebirds, so I don't know what the big deal is. I think it looks more like a NSX anyhow. I just wish someone would make a body/interior kit so that we could drive this car. Even better if GM would produce it.

You know, something just occured to me... Everyone's saying the 90 looks like a Camaro or Firebird (even me), but the '80s Fiero actually looks a bit like the '80s Camaro and Firebird, too, eh? More like the Firebird and less like the Camaro, though. Perhaps this 90s Fiero was made to look like those other cars on purpose, like some sort of legacy thing, like how all the cars of a certain year have the same 'look'. Just an observation.

I like certain aspects of the styling of the 90 Fiero and dislike others. Really like the nose treatment, the side styling and rear deck design where the trunk and engine compartment opened separately. However, I don't like the ridges on the rear bumper/facia, the tail lights and I'm undecided on the sail panel design. Overall, I like the design but the engine choice is really where this car would have excelled. I rate it four stars out of five.
