I know some people have fixed their warped interiors and given suggestions, so I tried it today and took some pics of before/during/after process if anyone is interested.

Before.....

During.....Glued with Elmers Probond Polyurethane Glue (Approx. 4 bucks at Walmart)

The results after 3 or 4 hours drying time(1 to 2 hours per side)

Hope this helps,

Dan

Yeah, that Pro-Bond is great stuff. I used it to repair a warped shift surround. Nice work!

very nice, you know you just could have sold that car to me, then you wouldn't have had to worry about it!

Wow! What an improvement! I'm impressed that you didn't have to take anything off except the trim panel, too. All my cars need this treatment, and you just now provided me inspiration to get started on it.

"Elmer's Probond Polyurethane Glue," from Wal*Mart... need to remember that. Thanks !

Two of the little orange tabs on the spring clamps broke off and I used these 2 clamps (the resulting fork end) to attach to the screws holding the radio and hvac controls in for pressure, otherwise it would probably have worked a little better removing the components first. My suggestion would be to find some decent flat headed spring clamps and not the cheap WalMart brand I used.

Dan

man everytime i've repaired the interiors in my Fieros i rip whatever im repairing outta the car. It looks like i'll be repairing 2 center counsel/gloveboxes this summer AGAIN. I use shoe glue and epoxy, the combination works pretty well, epoxy for the small areas shoe glue inside the big gaps..
