is there anybody else currently doing a longitudinal setup?

I really do not count as currently doing one yet. I am in the very begining stage. I have an engine/transmition pulled and sitting in my garage. I have not start with the Fiero yet.
I have not desided what direction I will mount it. I am waiting untill I have the Fiero cradle out to see what looks better.
If cardealer get his new reverse design done and ready to sell before I get that far I will be buying one.

Tony_C do you have any pictures on the enigne/transmision on the Fiero Cradle?

Hey cardealer
Are you going to take that car to Dayton 04, or won't it be ready.

gas tank from summit racing

no he will not make it out of Texas to any shows. he hates to trailer the car around.

He would rather drag race than go show it off!

the fuel cell is from jegs part #547-250-012-01, price is $112.99.

im really not the car show kind of guy, and just dont have the time to travel to them. but the car is way ready, added a new msd and installed the 300hp n2o jets and did a little more tuning its ready to go 10.70s. maybe when summer gets here i may get more motivated about doing more events with the longitudinal fiero. right now i am just kinda bored with the whole "fiero" thing. i been thinking (very dangerous) about building something else, but cant seem to settle on what i want to build next. but first i need to recover from drinking way too much for the last 5 days in cancun.

sorry,i dont have any pics from up under the car, but next time i have it up on a lift i will try to get some. but i have no plans as of now to have it on a lift. since the engine/trans goes in from the top, i dont have any pics of the setup on the cradle outside of the car. i will try to explain how it is mounted:
i made 1 mount that uses three of the bolts that bolt on the final drive to the trans and that i welded to the cradle.
1 mount that uses three bolts on the back of the drivers side head and goes straight down and mounts to the cradle
1 mount that mounts to the front of the engine around the harmonic balancer kinda like v8 kits do and goes straigt down and mounts to the cradle. it fits very nice and is very solid. i have some plans to take some more photos soon, i will try to address the mounts better with pics.

He is computer less at this time ( spent all the $$ on the car ! haha )

Ya'll better stop him !!! He is thinking about taking it out AGAIN and turning it around the other way!!! ( with the water pump faceing forward !!!!)

Some people just aren't happy with 10 sec Fiero ( or low 13's )

Revin why is cardealer looking as change the rotation of the engine? Did he run into problem or is he just never happy. How can you not be happy with a 10 sec Fiero?

he seems to like to do things different !
He has put the fiero on the back burner so he can work on stuffing a SBC in a S-10. THAT will be a runner as well I am betting

I heard he might want to sell the tunnel ram with the NOS lines !!??
