hmmm... It's not too bad. 4 hours from Bemidji to Minneapolis. BUT I was just there on the 8th, I'm going to be down for the 22nd and the weekend in between will be preparing my car for the 22nd.
My car doesnt have the original paint or color on it. Will I need to be in a modified class? Everything else on the car is stock. I will be there early in the am but I need to leave before the show ends. Will I be able to move the car out during the show?

Is this your blue '87 GT? Is it still the Fiero blue color (or at least close)? Even if it's not original to the car, as long as it appears stock you should be fine...

Rob and Amanda are coming, and Terry? Holy crap I haven't talked with those guys for a while! This could be fun, me thinks we should go out for beers afterward (or bring them to the show).

Well, if afterwards... let's wait until after the go-kart track (there's a great bar across the street... the Black Dawg Grill).

Lets see......... Well, Shawn and I just split my tranny, replaced a few things. Then I split my blower, and replaced a few more things. Maybe I should be putting it together instead of taking it all apart? take this off, paint that, sandblast this, repaint that, and paint it again.
OH, and best of all. TRY TO WELD THE EAR BACK ON THE TRANNY FOR THE TRANNY BRACKET BOLT!!!
Great. 8 weeks of work in 2 days. what's new.

UMMMM YEAH..............and you two still have enough time to screw around with go-karts, drink beer, and postwhore on the forum !!!!!!
You seem to be doing just fine with that (wasting "working time" on the PC) yourself Mr.Smartypants!
Hmmm... maybe you should be getting back to work instead of worrying about when & where others are posting from!
btw Eric - I'm doing OK today... my neck is kind of sore, but I can't be more thankful for my neck brace. Without it, I'd certainly be home in bed if not worse!

Let's see ... shampoo the carpet in the trunk, vacuum inside, wash windows, wax ground effects, clean bottom of car, put tire dressing on. Clean the sunroof. Find new wing nut for air filter. Polish the aluminum engine parts. I think I am going to give up on all this cleaning and waxing. It's going to rain anyway so why bother. I did get some of the small things finished up and they work cool, to bad nobody will see them.

REALLY ...................last I checked my cars were put together & running. Instead, I'm up until 4:00 A.M. working on other peoples cars
while you guys will be explaining to everyone "Yeah I'm not done with it cause I was out driking beer & racing go-karts with my buddies" he he he

Nobody ever said anything about not being done for the show... Eric just mentioned that it wasn't done on Sunday night!
And as for karting & drinking... are you sure you wouldn't join us if you had the opportunity? I'm not trying to build a show-stopper here - just a fun driver's car... you know, something to take to the kart track and a few shows!

Two days to go and alt not working, Darn the bad luck. Need to fix that hopefuly get the keyless entry done. and the rest of the cleaning. Install bra on car so front end won't get all chipped up again.
Hmm... look at my car... screw it, I'll just show up...
LOL - showing up is really the important part... and I can pretty well guarantee that there will be a couple of other not-exactly-detailed-for-show cars there

One day left 'till the show. Hope to see alot of midwest Fiero owners there weather is suppose to be good no rain. O.K. alt is fixed, engine is detailed, got tires spiffed up. Still need to clean windows and pack up the lawn chair and show stuff. I need to fill it with gas and give it one last lookover.

Please take some good pics of the show as I will not be able to make it there. Yah I know, it sucks, but certain reasons are keeping my from attending. I will more than likely make it to the Dell's in a few weeks though.
