Well, his car was in need of a few new tires and as he had grown tired of the current look because he really wanted to get some rims that looked more like the Fast & Furious look. Soooo.....
Jordan says, "Look at all the cool stuff!"
WOW! Have a few rims:
Now, no one can ever say that Jordan never has his own opinion. I "tried" to point out and direct Jordan towards a few sets of rims that I thought would look really sweet on his car. He spotted a set that he really liked. I said, yeah, but look at these Jordan. But nope, he knew what he wanted and so these are the ones he told Mike he wanted for his Fiero. 17" Konig Maxxim rims:
You should have seen the look on everyones faces when Jordan was allowed to pick out rims for "his" car.

Jordan looking around while waiting for his new rims and tires to get mounted:
The guys at Zeke's were the best. They treated us great, gave great service even though they were swamped most of the time we were there. Mike was especially helpfull and really knew his stuff. Here he is thanking Jordan for coming and buying his rims and tires from him:
I told Mike all about Pennocks and gave him the web addy, so maybe they will pop on here from time to time and check us out. If you are looking for a great deal on rims, tires or whatever, Jordan and I highly recommend Zeke's Custom Auto, Inc of Dighton MA. There phone number is 508-252-4312 and they are located at 1988 Winthrop St Rt. 44 in Dighton MA There web address www.zekesonline.com and there e-mail is Retail-Sales@zekesonline.com

Sorry, but with Tarrah also looking for a Fiero to get and modify to her liking very soon, I don't think I can afford much more, to say anything about adopting others
BTW: On the way back up 495 in MA we stopped at a mall and we spotted this red GT:
Exit 18 huh... Used to be there almost every day for the Home Depot down the street..

Yaaaayyyyy!!!!! I took Jordans Fiero to Wilson tire this morning and dropped it off for a full alignment because of the new 17" rims/tires. I was waiting for them to call me all day with bad news like I had with the Indy, and so as the day dragged on and on with no call I was hoping that no news was good news. I finally decided with an hour left before I was to go pick it back up I had better call just in case. When I got the tech on the line I was waiting for him to say that they couldn't line it up because of this, that or whatever. If they couldn't because of any problems, then you know what that would have meant. I would have had to park it indefinitely until we could tear it down and replace the suspensions bushings whatever. BUT, they said it just came off the lift and that it was all done, with NO problems!!! Wahoooo!!!! I can't wait now to take Jordan for a ride in his car and really try his baby out with his new rims and tires. It had better be worth the cost! The trip to Kick Hill on April 3rd for the PFF meet should be no problem now if we decide to take Jordans Fiero. Just thought I would share what is hopefully very good news

For some reason I originally thought Jordans new rims were Motegi's but as it turns out they are actually Konig's. Anyway, I went and tried to find pics and info on these rims in some magazines and flyers that I had and found these:
This Konig rim style is called "Creed":

Well, the weather was nasty over night and we got a nice coverying of some snow, so the roads were slushy and yucky this morning. I was going to stop at a car wash on the way to the High School where I work but that wash job would have lasted about 10 seconds once I got back on the road However, it is very nice out now so I just drove it down back to the auto shop and the kids there are washing it as we speak, so as soon as I get the word I will run down and snap a few pics

BTW: I know that quite a few on the forum have buffed and polished the outer tail lite lenses so they look much better. Can any of you tell us again what the procedure is to doing that?

i have had great sucess with 3M plastic cleaner, followed by 3M plastic polish a few times with each by hand, then hit them with the buffer, and there clear as glass, i did the inside too, but i prefur the tinted look there not too dark, the light shines through real nicley even at high noon on a clear day, there about 95% as visable as stock

Just out of curiosity, what purpose does the scoop on the roof serve?
Right now it is just for looks. You know, that whole fast and furious thing Later on if we get daring we just might make it functional to where it will at least allow cool air into the cabin, but will be sealable when closed from inside when bad weather arises.
Here we are doing his headliner over again getting it ready for Carlisle. We just didn't like the yellow color that much after trying it for a headliner:
Now that the glue should be dry after sitting over night with an overhead fan on it, hopefully it will be nice enough this afternoon so we can put the "new" headliner back in. Jordan said this morning before going off to school, "Mmmm, soft and fuzzy"
I am still here, glad to see that things are still moving on Jordan's car. I have to take care of some more important financial matters before I get back to the Fiero but I am still out here!!
