This thread can not die, and if I coudl find Fie Ro's thread where he originally posted his dash concept, I would bump it too... Fie Ro, you need to collaborate all your threads on here, and do an actual buildup like Skit.. your car is the most under rated car on this forum... As soon as you actually finish up, and slap some paint on that thing... DAAYYYUUUMMMMM

Thanks for liking it . I must say Madcurl's dash got me on the right track. I will try to use as many stock mounting points as possible, maybe even keep the main dash in there (with wraparound style vents etc). However some stock gauges and buttons have to go....I am looking at a set of cyberdyne gauges unless I find a nice set of matching speedo+tach gauges.

This is my "tryout" thread:
https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/041371.html
I will post in there when I have updates. I also have a bunch of drawings which are basically the starting point for the 3D modelling.
The 3D pictures are a nice preview to what could work and what not. I hope to end up with a nice clean design before I start to fiberglass. Changing things during fiberglassing took most of my time when I worked on the body so I hope I learned from that.
