Sorry I know the pictures suck but here it is.
I cut up an old hood that had the corner broken off.

Its just and idea, I may just use it to flatten the hood but I would like to make a vent out of it.

Well I passed a ford on the way home and it looks a lot like this one.
I will probably still do it but not as tall, I want it to look like it belongs.

Looks like the old cowl induction scoops, and I like it!

Just don't make the side edges 90 degrees to the flat scoop or it will look funky.
